After we said our good-byes and thank you's, he remembered I had mentioned a third location (Montrose Beach nature sanctuary) and insisted we go grab a few more shots there. He was able to edit and send over the link to the pictures in a few days, and made sure to let us know he would be happy to edit something if we wanted (black and white, cropping, etc.). We never heard from him since. We sent several more emails and phones calls this year and sent him a registered letter (that he received and signed for) and never heard back. We ended up having to find new photographers last minute for our wedding. Do not book him, he is not reliable at all. The engagement photos were supposed to be free but he kept our $1,000 retainer for the wedding that he ghosted us on.

The associate at the front desk was super enthusiastic, friendly, and amazing. She guided us through the experience and how everything works. She set the tone by being very high energy, fun and helpful. The neat thing about this studio is that it's not just having your friends take photos of you in front of different backdrops.... It's actually having your friends be in the photos too!!! There is actual equipment such as a camera stand, enhanced lighting, and a clicker button provided to you which helps you take the photos. You can literally take as many photos as you want in an hour, and all these photos are taken with your own phone!! The backdrops are gorgeous, detailed and just so much fun. There was over 20 backdrops to choose from. We genuinely had as much fun exploring the different backdrops as we did taking the photos. We felt very safe in the studio. For months before the wedding, their whole team was professional and quick with responding to any questions I had. They were transparent and well-organized. When an illness came up, they were easily able to shift their coverage to make sure we still had two photographers and a videographer for the full time, which was a huge relief. Conrad, Ashley, and Jackson covered our wedding, while Liz did our engagement photos, and everyone was so lovely to work with.
