Noting that standard Macys coupons or sales don't apply to the merch, they won't take them, as it's discounted pricing and operates like a store within a store. Service is friendly the few times I have been. This trip was to look at the socks and underwear selection. Stock rotates pretty quickly so always good to check back when near one. You can find home goods, clothes, shoes, beauty products, accessories and odds and ends.

That being said, I'm unimpressed by this particular location. It's incredibly small compared to the others in the area. It's smallness means it feels even more cramped than H&M normally does. The racks looked terribly picked over and organized and I went in on a slow day, no excuse. The staff wasn't exactly friendly either. In fact, I might call one or two of the girls giving me dirty looks down right rude. I promise I was just browsing quietly and minding my own business. What was with the attitude?

Having said that the return policy could still be better as once the limited time passes you can't return at all which can be tough. The other thing I think could use some tweaking is the set up with the sunglasses. Many of them have security tags on them which you have to be super careful with not to scratch the glasses with, and the mirrors above them are distorted like a fun house. It's very strange. I ended up having someone remove the tags to try on and walk to a different part of the store to look in a mirror which the staff was fine with and perfectly understanding about but it did create more work for them. Not sure what the solution is, and I will continue to buy sunglasses here due to the price despite the hassle but it would be better if there wasn't one.

WOW it looks like your a bunch of liars!!! Tell us that All orders were canceled from the sale! That is obviously a major lie. I have at least a thousand pictures like these of people that received their orders from Saturday's sale. One lady place 20 orders and not 1 was canceled. She abused the sale and then you cancel the people who ordered a couple things!!! This is not ok and you need to be put on blast for your lies. I called JCPenney's after placing my order in seeing items disappearing off my order yet all my money was taken out of my account. I am told that I'm going to receive my order I have nothing to worry about since you took my order and I even got a message saying that my order was being processed yet your customer service agents were disrespectful and out of line speaking to me ignorantly and they canceled my orders on purpose while I was on the phone with them I even have proof that my order said it was processing in because the way the customer service agent was speaking to me and I asked for her manager less than two minutes later she canceled my orders I am beyond furious your agents lied to me saying that it was a glitch not a cell and that Sephora missed priced all these items and that it's for his fault and I need to contact Sephora. I contacts for and they let me know that you are a bunch of liars and that's not the truth and they said you need to handle the issue and make it right with a customer and stop running their name in the ground! After speaking to several customer advocates which they were all jokes disrespectful and liars I found a number that was supposed to be a corporate phone number but yeah it was another call center transfer me straight back to the same people basically where in my notes a lady that is supposed to be a supervisor said to make sure that every time I call in to transfer me to her so I waited on hold for an hour because of that woman and she's the one that ends up canceling my stuff cursed at me lied to me and spoke very rudely to me and said that there was no way that I would get anyone above her because there is anyone above her which I know is a lie!!!! I will make sure that eve try one knows about these lies and the poor customer service your company gives to customers and that you don't care if we repeat customers and come back or not that's exactly what I was told is that they don't need my repeat business and it wouldn't be an issue if you lost my business. Considering I buy directly from the store a lot you are going to be hurt from my business because I'm gonna make sure everyone I know knows how poor your service is because I would hate for anyone else to get in the same position their money gets taken and they can't even report the customer agents when they're spoken to horribly or cursed out or anything you basically disrespected and you have to live with it because there's no one higher up to speak to! JCpenneys you have went down hill majorly and I've lost all respect for your and your trash reps! I am beyond furious with the lies that came from the mouths of all of JCpenneys employees! They claimed that their glitch happened and that it was Sephora's fault! Yet I call Sephora and they informed me that no they had nothing to do with the glitch it was done on JCPenney's site and they should not be blaming Sephora at all. JCPenney informed me that three of my orders were canceled and that none of my items were in stock anymore and that their site had a glitch everyone's orders were canceled nobody was getting orders. Yet Facebook has thousands and thousands of posts where people purchased the items at sales price and now they're trying to resell the items to everyone and they buy hundreds and hundreds of each item at the discounted price. So JCPenney completely lied!!!! It's time to boycott JCPenney for their lies. If they're going to lie and say that all orders were canceled when they were not and then not honor everyone else's orders they deserve to go out of business. I contacted customer service advocates and their call center that's supposed to be corporate's call sinner which both are jokes I was lied to cursed out and giving excuse and lie and excuse and lie after lie by the agent and there's no one to report them to because they claim there is high as it goes. They did not help me get my money back yet they canceled my order so there you have a couple hundred dollars right now from my PayPal account debit card in my credit card because I placed three different orders and I only ordered a couple things on each order yet they let people pick up hundreds of items and then lied to the rest of us seeing that nobody got any items well you're a liar JCPenney in your agents should be punished and fired for the way they talk to people yet how do we tell you because we can't get a hold of anybody they cover each other's butt so they don't get in trouble!!! I hope your business goes out of business and they all lose their Jobs for the way I was treated. Since there is no way to get any real help at all. I am beyond furious. I have been a loyal customer for years in person helping keep you in business and I will be spending my money at stores like Macy's that actually care about customers and treat us like they value our business! Service was very good- not super busy, and when the line started to lengthen the manager jumped in at a register. Plenty of parking. Lots of other interesting things in the mall.

Tags still on it, had receipt, bag, etc. My mother said her cat didn't even look at it, so she gave it back to me. Thought nothing of it, and handed it to the cashier to begin the return process. She was a very kind Asian lady, for the record, and completely accepting of the returned product. As she was about to execute it, another female sauntered up, chomping and sucking on candy like a child, and snottily intervened with, "Nope--we cannot accept this. See? There is a stain in it. I can't put that back on the shelf like that! Sorry--nope." She was very rude and snotty about it, and lifting the pet bed's inner cushion to further "investigate", as if we were trying to pull one over on her or something. My view on it is this: 1. I explained to her that I didn't even NOTICE any stain on it. My mother obviously didn't, either (remember, too, she is 81-yrs-old). The pet bed was grabbed quickly by my mom, and when she gave it back to me, I just took the bag and went to the store to return; didn't even look at it. 2. Her cat is SUPER picky about new stuff, especially places to nap, so we both know her cat didn't do ANYTHING in the bed, such as pee in it. 3. Who is to say the stain wasn't there that whole time from an old customer or even an employee being a slob and leaving, say, food or drink on it, in it or next to it? I've seen BS like that in Walmart and such. It HAPPENS. The point is, you *work* with the customer. For the record, I am NOT a believer in that fairy tale "customer is always right". It's a myth. But as a HUMAN first, you try to come to a common ground and work with the other person. My mother and I both had NO idea about some stain deep inside the cat bed! I had a gift card given to me by my best friend for Marshall's, didn't know what to buy with it, as I never shop there to begin with, so I offered for my mother to pick something out. It was a quick, on-the-fly reaction and choice for her. She was thinking of something cute for her cat--that's it. No sneaky, sleazy stuff going on, no fraud or game being played--just two people trying to use up the gift card. Instead of accepting the reality and option that the "stain" might've been there all along and that no product is perfect anyway, the Arabic lady decided to be a snot and shoo me away like a gnat. Very unprofessional, and I will have to remind my best friend never to buy me a gift card for a place I don't regularly shop at anyway, and with some rude employees to boot. Bad energy like that has no place in my life. Hopefully MY cats will like the bed, or else I'll hafta just donate it.

I'm certain that the workers are racist, but even if they're not, they're at the very least nasty people who obviously shouldn't be in retail. If you want cheap clothing, I would recommend going to any of the other locations!

This also frees up the store personnel to do the tasks that keep the store running; they aren't permanently assigned to one section. I've been here on slow days and busy days so there can be 3-7 visible employees. If items are ordered online they can be returned in store. The policy has changed regarding returns. They have to be done in a 30-day window, or if the order was placed on a Lane Bryant credit card, it's extended to 45-days. The best time to shop is when the new clothing season starts for a greater selection of merchandise. The second best time is when you need something. If you like something but they don't have it in the size you need, they will see if it's available online or in another location.

My only negative (if u want to call it that) is over the last several years, LB has been offering more upscale garments to their repertoire. Expensive stuff. Too expensive for my tastes. I work a lot with preschool kids, so nice clothing is a no-no I absolutely love their high-waist jeans - perfect for day to day. And the materials used always scream comfy! Bright colored shirts - perfect for mix and matching. I'm always a happy camper when I can hit a sale!

During that entire time, not one employee acknowledged us or offered help while we searched for sizes and colors. At checkout, things got worse. After I paid in cash, the cashier handed me my bills and change all in one hand and said, "We don't have any pennies, is that okay?" She never explained what I was agreeing to. I couldn't tell if I was given more or less than expected because everything was handed to me at once, and she was very vague. When I asked for clarification, she eventually said they couldn't give me the exact change because "they don't make pennies anymore." That explanation made no sense. Whether or not pennies are still being produced has nothing to do with a current transaction--there are still plenty in circulation. The issue wasn't the penny--it was the assumption. She didn't ask if I had exact change, didn't ask if I had pennies, and didn't explain upfront that I was being shorted. She just decided it was acceptable. I remained calm, polite, and spoke in a softer tone than usual because I didn't want to make a scene. But I did explain that it's rude to assume a customer doesn't want their change, no matter how small the amount. Another employee overheard and asked what was going on. The cashier responded, "She's complaining because I didn't have one penny." That completely misrepresented the situation. The second employee replied, "Well, they don't make them anymore, so what do you want us to do?"--which only made things worse. I even pointed out that I had pennies on me, reinforcing that this wasn't the customer's problem to solve. If anything, a business should round in favor of the customer--not against them. The cashier argued that giving me more would make her drawer short, which again shows a lack of understanding of basic customer service. At one point, the second employee disengaged entirely and turned away with a smirk, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, a third employee (who appeared to be a manager) stepped in and said, "Just give her a nickel"--which is exactly what I suggested from the beginning. At that point, it wasn't even about the money anymore--it was about how the situation was handled from start to finish. Also worth noting: if the situation were reversed and I was short a penny, I highly doubt they would have said, "That's fine, they don't make them anymore." I would have been expected to come up with the difference. We left without taking the nickel, but the experience left a lasting impression. For the prices they charge ($45 for shorts, $35 for a tank top), I expect far better service and professionalism. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Much rather spend my money at Lululemon and get SUPERB service.

This is a brand spankin' new women's clothing shop inside of Polaris mall. It immediately caught my…read moreattention as I was walking by because the clothing was very much up my alley. I walked in and within seconds I had a tank top, pair of pants, and a mini skirt in hand. The prices were very affordable, more than say H&M but less than say.. Macys. The style is a combo of street style and club style.. Maybe? They also have loungewear and it looked SO FREAKIN COMFY! I loved all the racer type gear and several of the jackets they had. They also have accessories like jewelry, hats, etc. In the end, I walked out with a pleather mini skirt with a slit. Super Cute, about $50. The staff was super friendly, assisting me in the dressing room and getting me new sizes when needed. Also when checking me out. They have a loyalty program that's free and gets you 10% off your first purchase. There is no doubt that I'll be back here and I'm excited to come outside of the holidays when I won't feel as guilty buying stuff for myself.
