They offer a discount when you follow them on social media, I did and was told I'd get the discount, they didn't apply the discount and wouldn't refund my card. This wasn't a small discount at 10% of my order that was nearly $20. They only take store credit for returns. After years of loyalty, this will be my final stop. With how quick online shopping is, there's no reason to have to go through the headache of shopping here.
