630 pm, Friday the 13th, February 2026 No bad luck here. I was asked to pick up a package as I was enroute from DTLA. I was sent the confirmation email ahead of time. I was greeted by one of the women as I approached the counter. She asked for the name on the order and went to the storage room. She was gone only a few minutes. No problems at all. I was patient and let the employee go at their own pace. The transaction was so easy. Make sure you have your ID ready even though it was not examined. Haha. I had the important part, the email and the name of the purchaser. That was the easiest order pick up ever. BTW, I was offered a 50% off promotion for completing a pick up order in store only.. Unfortunately, I was only the courier. Parking aplenty even though it's very near the restaurants. Park close or go to other adjacent lots. read more

F Gloria helped me on my birthday July 29th I got the best birthday gift ever to myself. Went from a 52DD to a 46C in strapless and a 46DD T-Shirt bra I had no clue I dropped 4 sizes until Gloria measured me and I was told I'm now a 46 ! Gloria was is Manager she was fantastic very kind helping me find the right fit. The ladies in this store are always bitchy. I "might" understand if they were younger because that generation tends to have worse customer service skills (still not ok), but these ladies are older women and they should all know better. I went shopping last Sunday to your La Habra store and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the two ladies working at the store. One immediately approached me and asked if I needed some help finding anything and I said yes I am shopping for some Bras but this is my first time here. She asked if I wanted to get sized I said yes, once she took my measurements she asked what kind of bra I was looking for and she started searching. Had a wonderful experience here. Brianna helped me find what I needed. She was awesome, while I was trying things on she would come and check up to see if I needed another size. I walked out with way more than I needed but everything was just so nice and fit great. She ordered an extra item for me since my size wasn't available which I thought was very sweet. I went into the store Thursday, December 14 and there was two girls, working a tall, blonde headed girl and a trainee. The tall blonde headed girl was the manager she's very very rude when I come up to her to ask her something. It took me a long time to get there attention to help me pick the right bra. The attitude of the manager was horrible. This store, for some reason must be on some evil ground because it's always got rude customer service no matter who's working do not recommend it. And BTW!!there's different types of balconette bras.when I asked the trainee if I can get one with the stitching on the cup? and what was the difference she said "oh I don't know that's just the way they make it" no, no no Manager you need to train your trainees right? and show them why there's different bras regardless, if there's a different strap different cup, they're all made to fit differently. Please train them right!! I've been buying bras from LB for 35 years!!!!! Please change the attitude at the store. It's horrible that Manager is as rude as hell. read more

With their overpricing, unavailable in store items and unsatisfactory customer service, after nearly 30 years, I stopped shopping at Lane Bryant. Especially after an incident when I was purchasing some items and also returning items my husband had bought before Christmas. Although my receipt was a few DAYS past the 90 day return time, every item had tags and had never been worn. After a clerk scanned the items and was moving on with the refund, the manager interrupted her and said I couldn't get what the items were ringing up for in their system (???) but rather another 60% would be taken off! She took out a calculator, did an override of the price in the system and manually entered her calculated price into the register. One item rang up at $23.97, but she said I would only receive $1.40. Yes, 1 DOLLAR AND FORTY CENTS for a blouse at Lane Bryant!! When I questioned this, I was given no explanation but rather a "take it or leave it" attitude. Back in the day, Lane Bryant stood by their clothing. They focused on customer retention and did not have a cut off for returns for unworn, tagged or items with a receipt returns. They did not hassle the customer but rather focused on making the customer happy. In total, I received $25.00 back for items that my husband had purchased for $134.97. After clearly being taken advantage in this way by this store personnel regarding returning items, I did not plan to shop at Lane Bryant ever again. However, I really like the Cacique brand, and since my size (18/20) seems to be sold out frequently online, I went back to this store. Even then, it's uncertain if I will find my size. The shopping experience at Lane Bryant both in store and online is just not pleasant. Maybe they have been around too long to care about keeping customers and maintaining the great reputation they once had. read more

Staff was very helpful. The lady that greeted us was sweet, she showed me the new line of bras they have and set a room up for me. They've even gotten into the naming the fitting room fad as well.... Once I was ready to check out, one of the other ladies told me about the coupon that was online so she showed me how to bring it up and use it. Not too shabby for walking out with 4 bras for $100 when it should have been well over. Each bra should have been $42+ and I walked out with each costing me $25. It was a good day.... Until I got them home and actually had to wear them during the day. I'll be honest, they're really pretty bras. The ones with the sheer part that goes across the top of the cup. Very pretty and I'm upset they don't wear that well. I'm an open book so I'll just go with how I felt about them. They didn't really give much support, the cup had this odd ridge that later within the day gave me bruising under my boobs, hard to explain. Not to mention they made my boobs look flat and far apart! I'm well endowed in the breast and behind area so I like them to look great! Just being honest... these bras did NOT do the trick. :( They'll be getting returned when I get back from vacation on Monday. Oh, and the new bra that "allows air flow" I actually felt it did the exact opposite. I'll stick with the classic line they have. The basic looking bras with the different colors of lace on them in the floral print. I've been getting those ones for YEARS and they've never done me wrong. I'm lazy when it comes to bra care so I'm sure they would last me longer than 2 years if I actually washed them properly. *aint nobody got time fo that* yeah, I went there. Nice store which is merchandised frequently with new apparel coming in often. Staff is always friendly and willing to help...only had one experience with a worker that made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked for assistance while she was stocking the sales floor. I love the nice ladies that work here, they are super helpful and friendly, BUT they couldn't give me a straight answer on if the lane Bryant card was a rewards card or a credit card, one worker told me it's like a vons card, one told me it's a credit card.. seemed shady as heck. To the actual company, I wish you guys made a bra in my size that didn't have the underwire come out and stab me after 3 months of wear. Just sayin. Other than all that I love the store and the bras. This store has very bad management. I was in here yesterday and they allowed a man to sit in the fitting room erea. It was kinda an odd feeling that he would be so close to us trying on clothes. I was not real happy about him in that erea. I couldn't go out to look at myself in the mirror. He was sitting there watching all the women go in and out if there rooms. Very freaky feeling. I went into Lane Bryant today hesitant due to they've always seemed overpriced to me, but I needed work attire for my new job so gave it a try. I was approached by "Rose" when I walked in and she was VERY helpful. I told her what I was looking for and with her help I was able to find several items and all of them were on sale! There were a couple of items I liked but there were none in my size. She made the extra effort and went to the back of the store to see if there were any and there was! :) I was really impressed with the quality of their clothing and also how professional and helpful she was! Oh my goodness where to begin. So I hate shopping for clothes. I was waiting for my husband to go to the store and we get there at 6:35pm (mind you the store closes at 7pm). We are greeted by Priscilla. I try to hurry Bc I've worked retail and there have been times ppl come in last minute. (Ugh.. I know) .. so I grabbed a few items and go to try on. Amber and Priscilla make conversation with my husband as I'm trying on clothes and they find out I have an interview tomorrow. I ask for a bigger size in this.. a smaller size in that and Priscilla has no problem helping me out. She not only offered (Bc I asked my husband) but even waits for me to try on the items to give me her thoughts. I'm rushing and apologizing and amber says "girl, no need to apologize. You're interviewing for a potential future career. He we like to empower the women and make sure they feel good! Especially if you're going in for an interview." That made the overall experience just amazing! I still felt bad but they were both so nice and kind. Finally at 7:05 I am ready to go and check out. I can honestly say that my experience here definitely made me a returning shopper. The genuineness in both amber and Priscilla was wonderful. Definitely made me feel good about my outfit! I've been going to this location for years. The staff hasn't really changed but I've never had a bad customer service experience. This is a very small store, and I believe that the management does their best to offer a wide variety of merchandise given the size. They don't carry shoes and minimal accessories. In store, you can do an online purchase where they deliver to your home for free. The only reason I've given this location 3 stars is because there isn't enough space for their merchandise. I have a double wide stroller which is thin enough to easily go through a doorway. I'm unable to bring the stroller in the store with me do to the spacing in the store. They are unable to offer a lot of the great merchandise that LB has. But I'd give the staff 5 stars. They always make me feel comfortable and I always feel I can ask them for whatever I need. read more

I shopped at this store recently for a holiday dress. I tried a dress but it fit very big and decided to order a smaller size online. The rep helping me out was very nice and helpful, or trying to be. What I took offense was her remark after I ordered the dress two sizes smaller. She actually told me that if I order it that much smaller it would mean that I couldn't eat anymore donuts! Seriously? Hey, I'm not petite, but I don't need anyone remarking on the number of donuts I eat or the size dress I decide to order. I'm going to chalk it up to an excessive desire to be bubbly and helpful. I would hate to think that someone wearing a bigger size than me needs to make hurtful remarks. Otherwise, the store is always neat, well organized and stocked well. I only give this 1 star because I have to. I've been a regular customer for 25+yrs I only really purchased their cacique bras. I LOVED them, but the last few years the wires have been breaking in 2-3 months. My last purchase 12/30/16, I bought 4 bras, 1 of them broke so I took all 4 of them back to get my money back. I paid with 3 forms of payment, 2 gift cards and cash, 1 of the GCs I no longer had, and after telling the customer service person FIVE times that info longer had that card she said the computer automatically put it back on that card. I was furious because now did I now not have bras but I had no money that I was rightfully due. The bra that was broke she didn't even want to take back and said I needed to wash it!? Why on earth would I wash a broken bra!? After leaving the store and went to my car to verify that I in fact didn't have that GC, I went back in and she did nothing and wasn't willing to even correct the error. She told me I had to contact visa to get my money back. I stormed out of the store, came home and sent an email, and called the next day to corp and they reluctantly are sending me a check for my refund. The corporate office even laughed when I told her what the store said about washing them, and said that I don't need to wash the broken bras and to return them and demand my refund in cash. I will no longer be shopping at LB - their store service is atrocious. I've told others that shopped there to stop as well. I can't afford to purchase bras every 2-4 months because the wire breaks. Good riddance Lane Bryant! read more
