Good burgers, little pricey but what I had for my child's meal was about $5 and he loved it. They have great bread and butter pickles. Also a bar with some adult drink specials. I work in the area and wanted a quick bite. A coworker and I decided to visit JC's Burger. We were greeted by a very cheerful lady (Cedia). She took our orders (Turkey burger was bomb.com) and as we waited, she came and checked on us. JC'S food is good but their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! The reviews looked great. I ordered a $50 ticket 2 burgers 1 kids meal and 1 appetizer. I repeated my order 2 times to the person over the phone to confirm the order... Burgers were very very Dry. Both of them....one was a double meat....all 3 patties were over cooked one was actually charred to a crisp on one side. The orders were not correct. Asked for plain on one with bacon and Swiss I got it all the way with American no bacon. And UNSEASONED. The appetizer was supposed to have sour cream on the fries. There was none. I would have called and said something but what's the point I'm home already and there is a thunderstorm about to start.... Side note my baby said the hotdog was good...But she also occasionally eats her boogers so who knows.... It's hard to ruin a burger..BUT these guys managed to do so..... Overall the burgers were good but I was disappointed with the fact there was no sauce on any of the 3 I ordered, I haven't ever seen a restaurant serve dry burgers. When ordering to go make sure you tell them which preferred sauce because you not be asked and none will be added. Mushrooms could be better as well, they appear to come from a can and are not very well sautéed. Fruit cup consisted of 1 4 quartered strawberry and then just grapes, should just call it a cup of grapes on the menu. The fries were a bit disappointing since they were stacked on top of each other in a closed paper bag which caused them to become mushy and not sure why the curly fries are labeled as spicy since there was nothing spicy about them, just plain curly fries. read more

I got the mushroom Swiss burger and I asked for added grilled onions. We shared large fries, and he got the patty melt. They have great customer service! Our food was good. They forgot my onions. Burgers weren't overly greasy and it wasn't falling apart or soggy. The thing was our food wasn't hot, which was a turnoff. It wasn't cold, but didn't have the fresh off the grill heat. I found this place on Yelp and the reviews weren't too bad so my husband and I came in this morning. This is a nice establishment. The young lady taking the food orders seem nervous, but she actually did alright (w/ customer service). The prices don't match the food. We spent $25 on 2 regular cheeseburgers (which I had to ask for another bun because mine was soggy), a large fry, and a regular drink (my husband is a water drinker). The restaurant offers free ice cream, but I wouldn't suggest you get any (it's not good and the chocolate wasn't chocolate at all). The young lady at the bar was very sweet! As we came in we sat down and as I look up there is a white male wearing a wife beater blue in color, a multi colored hat in the cooking area drinking a drink while the manager just casually walks by.
