We were told that they would call us the following day and let us know when they could come take a look. It's been 6 days now and haven't heard a peep from Premier Aluminum! My wife has called every day and got the answering machine; we never heard back from them! Great customer service!!! Basically, Premier Aluminum is not the place you want to deal with for anything. Due to their poor workmanship, now I have to pay for the repairs out of my pocket. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

Some customers were not so friendly on the phone to me and other staff but most customers were ok and understanding with all the damage and properties that needed fixing. I was answering phones while there and putting people on a list. I will say the company is good and they are hard workers trying to provide excellence and good customer service to clients and their homes. It was a stressful time for everybody because this storm but every staff member was nice to me while I helped out there.

The replacement cost was only a few hundred dollars, but the fact they left many screws around the property and wouldn't accept responsibility for causing a flat tire says a lot about the company.

Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. This has led to a lawsuit because of multiple soft spots in my vinyl plank flooring and damages to my home, including water leaks and mold caused by poor toilet reinstallation, holes in the wall and drywall repair, and painting over scratched walls. Carlson will not claim responsibility for any damages and is quick to file a lien rather than repair. Totally avoid this flooring company. Travis Carlson and company do not deserve your hard-earned money.

Lacey and Jeff from the office called us back when the permit process went overlong. But when it was time to install, the story changed. They used a sketchy subcontractor fencing company to do the entire installation. He left cigarettes everywhere and behaved badly on the property. And apparently the sales rep hadn't measured properly so there was a giant gap that Revolution had to return to fix. That was when our neighbor noticed the fence leaning and showed us - they hadn't put concrete in the front posts. That was why the gates wouldn't close properly. So we called Revolution back. They returned, said they added all the missing concrete into the holes, that had only been partially filled. A few months later, the fence leaned over again. We called Revolution and this time , instead of Lacey we got Denielle, who was rude and accusatory, but who said they would call us back. Of course, they never did. So we tried and guess what - they hung up on us. Trashy customer service for a company that claims excellence. So we called a fence repair guy, only to learn that Revolution - or their sketchy subcontractor - never fixed the fence as they claimed because they NEVER PUT ANY CONCRETE in the opposite sides of the fence post! If Revolution had just come out, they would have seen the empty post holes that their sketchy subcontractor DID NOT FILL WITH CONCRETE, and they would have been so embarrassed. But instead, they refused to stand by their work and they behaved rudely and dishonestly, hiring out the job to sketchy subcontractors. This makes them dishonest and unreliable, and their trashy customer service makes them a business to avoid at all costs!
