I am disgusted and fed up. Now we have to go out and try to clean up some with shovels so we can come and go to work. I think that the owner needs to start caring for the customers. He hacked off a few limbs let them fall right in n my lilac bushes that were about to bloom in a week. He broke many of the benches on those bushes. As for my tree it looks hacked up and he cut many of tue branches in tue middle vs the part near the other branch it forks from. He also didn't clean any of the little branches at the bottom of the tree. I had an arborist come out and they confirmed this was a total hack job. It's going to cost me $600 to clean up the proper way. I asked for a refund but wasn't granted it. The lack of care used in the job was astounding. Don't let this man on your property.

Incompetent!! It is…read morecommon knowledge in the industry that you do not trim, cut or otherwise disturb Oak trees from March through October to prevent oak wilt. Oak wilt will kill an entire Red Oak in a week or two and will kill a White Oak in months. These incompetent people just (April 10th) hacked off limbs from several oaks that were hanging over my neighbor's side. These misinformed people seem to think cutting a so-called dead branch causes no concern. WRONG! They also cut off branches that clearly had buds on them. Not dead at all. This is why it is illegal to touch oak trees on public land across the country. Should I lose my trees I will be suing them and my neighbor for killing my trees. Statutes allow recovery of 3X the value of the trees as determined by the state DNR. What do think a 100 year old Oak is worth?

I should not have paid in full. I figured that this smaller job would be completed and I wouldn't have to worry about sending the rest of the check. A portion of my second project was started, the demolition. The project has never been completed and I get excuse after excuse about why it hasn't been completed. "My truck is broken", "I was very busy" etc. etc. I gave the benefit of the doubt over the winter because obviously, you can't do yardwork with snow. It has now been 11 months and I have a hideous looking section of my yard that is unusable because the demolition has not been repaired. NEVER pay in full and do NOT hire f you need a project completed quickly. Great for basic lawn service. I hope I get my project completed.
