They scheduled for the next day first thing in the morning. Paul was very nice, tolerated my barking terrier, and finished the job that day. Gave a clear honest opinion of next plan of action and executed with flying colors. Turned out it was a really bad clog that he took care of. He ran a post diagnosis to ensure everything else was working well with the washer before he concluded his work. Washer works well now and I couldn't be more happier with the results. Came in at 1030. Finished job at 1130. Vitalii is a very honest, knowledgeable and skilled worker. His rate to fix my washer was very reasonable. They even called to say they could squeeze me in a day earlier if it worked with my schedule. Their technician, Jay, arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment block. My LG washing machine started giving me an error code about an uneven load. I tried everything recommended in the manual and online but had no luck. I asked for repair quotes on Yelp to see if it was even worth trying to fix it or if I was going to need to just by a new machine. I kept getting quotes for $150 or more just to come out to look at my washing machine. However, Vasile stood out because his quote was so much lower and reasonable. He provided his phone number in is Yelp message, so I gave him a call, and he said he could come out that same afternoon to look at it. He showed up exactly on time and as promised. Initially, we both thought the issue might have something to do with the suspension rods. He looked over the washing machine and determined he didn't have the right parts (two parts needed replacing), so he'd need to get them and could come back the next day to finish the repair. He texted me the next morning, and then showed up again, exactly as promised. As he started the repairs, he checked some other items and noticed I had a slow leak, which had caused damage to two additional parts inside the machine. One of those parts isn't made anymore (gotta love that planned obsolescence - my machine is not that old!) Vasile had to track down the part and have it shipped from New York. He kept in touch with me the whole time, letting me know when the part arrived and setting another appointment. For the third time (and mind you, none of this was in his control), Vasile showed up exactly when promised with all of the necessary parts and had my washing machine fixed in under 30 minutes. He came to my house three times, tracked down the right parts, made sure everything was working properly, and stuck with me through the whole thing to see the job through! All of this and it cost me $200 for the entire thing (the initial consultation fee, parts, and labor). Granted, I was lucky that the parts I needed were pretty inexpensive and the repairs were quick, but as Vasile said, he only charges what things actually cost (he doesn't jack up his prices like so many other, bigger companies). As I'm finishing this review, my washing machine is running in the background, working perfectly. I cannot recommend Vasile enough!!

Called them out for service. They said they identified the issue and would order the part. After a month of no communication, we contacted them twice for them to tell us that the part would be here within a few days. When they returned to replace the part, the technician discovered that they had ordered the wrong part and needed to order the correct part and would come back. After another week, they came back with the correct part, but it didn't fix the issue and we were told the refrigerator couldn't be fixed. We got a new refrigerator and scheduled an appointment for them to come back out and install it and haul the old one away. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they didn't show up. We called them several times and left messages but they never returned our calls. We have had our new refrigerator for a week and still not installed. To date, we have not heard from them.
