My whole-house fan was making a lot of noise, so I called Vitalii. After he'd looked at it, he told me he was going to lubricate it, and I agreed. He said that might help for a while, but that I needed some major repairs. And sure enough, my fan died about a week later. When he finished, he charged me the advertised $69 service fee, then said I owed another $20 for the lubricant. He said that he couldn't provide a receipt on the spot, which seemed strange, but promised to text me both a receipt and an estimate for repairs. A week or so later, I received an estimate for a complete motor replacement. The labor alone was quoted at $600-$700 for what appeared to be only a couple of hours of work, so I texted to ask if that was the total price for the job. His unnecessarily rude response was , "Of course not." I never did receive the receipt that Vitalii promised. And, for what it's worth, he insisted on being paid in cash, telling me he doesn't accept credit cards, which I also find very odd. Vitalli's total estimate came to roughly $1,300. I called another contractor for a second opinion. That technician spent about 20 minutes in my attic, tightened some loose bearings, reinstalled the fan belt, performed some routine maintenance, and my fan has worked like new ever since. My total bill was under $200, and he completed the repair using parts that were already there. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I see that ProFlex has many positive reviews, and perhaps other customers have had better experiences. Mine was terrible. I recommend that you be very careful when dealing with this company. Pay close attention to what they are charging you, and get at least one other estimate. read more

We thought our refrigerator was done for until Vitalii came to the rescue. Background- our refrigerator is about 10 years old, Samsung, the one with the freezer that pulls out from the bottom. It first stopped making ice, which we dealt with, but then it was not cooling as much as it used to. We determined this because our fruit was spoiling quite quickly. So we called Vitalii and asked him to do a diagnostic to see what could be going on. He was extremely thorough. He moved the fridge check all it's different components both those easily accessible and those that were within the fridge itself. He determined that a part was broken which was causing the cooling issue. Also, the hose for the ice machine needed to be replaced as it was clogged. Vitalii let us know he had to order the cooling part and would let us know when it would be in. He said it could take up to 7 business days. It arrived in 3 and he called us immediately to see when he could come back. Overall- is did amazing work in a short 6 hours. And the value of that work was worth every penny. We paid roughly $600 and that included the diagnostic, the part, and his labor. The most unexpected thing happened to me during the evening of Thursday 6/13/2024. My 4 year-old 65" Vizio TV (that was purchased new in 2020) pretty much ended its premature life as several pixels were distorted. And when I powered the TV off and back on, there was no picture display. Since I only paid $429 for this TV, it was one of the more cost-effective and inexpensive models out there. And since I am not a TV expert, I would rather just buy another new set than have to pay for any repairs (which I know can be in the hundreds of dollars). Since I took matters in my own hands, I ended buying a premium TV which is the 65" LG OLED C3 4K set from Costco that very same evening. This happens to be one of Consumer Reports top-tier TV's on the market with the dazzling displays and features alone. This takes me to "Prime TV Mount", a mobile family owned-and-operated business that serves the greater Sacramento area. The following day at around 8:00am, I ended up texting Vitalii who responded to my text only a few minutes later and was able to put me in with a 10am-12pm timeslot. Since he was running early, he texted me at 9:30am and was at my home just a few minutes after that. What made this process much easier for Vitalii was that I already had all the mounting brackets necessary for this full motion setup. However, I did not want to risk attempting to lift and hang a 65" TV (especially of this price point) all by myself. Vitalii was able to tighten a few screws into my the drywall and all I really did was assist him in hanging this onto my existing mounting bracket. And just like that, the job was completed! All in all, "Prime TV Mount" did an absolutely wonderful job as this whole process was fast, easy, and very professional. The price was very reasonable and Vitalii took good delicate care of handling my investment. Hopefully this will be the last time in awhile that I need to purchase a new TV.
