Not only did the technician replace the amp that went out, but I also had a smart thermometer/thermostat that I wanted to have installed but had not made an appointment for he was able to do both very efficiently and I would say in about an hour and a half. The issue I had was a gas leak from my oven. I turned off the gas line. When they came for the appointment, they turned the gas line back on. Then they told me they didn't smell anything and pulled out a lighter to prove to me that there was no gas leak. They did not even bring a tool that detected natural gas leaks.
