This is skin bootcamp! I was experiencing adult acne that shook my confidence to the core. Despite the immense amount of extractions Judit had to perform during my first session I left without looking like I got in a fight with a bee nest. Within days after my appointment I was glowing and I noticed there was a Much wider gap in my acne cycle just after my first session. I joined the membership that Je'Derm offers and I have visited a total of three times in addition to using a basic system of recommended products. I love this facial spot! The two co-founders perform all the facials so you know you're getting someone good - no random newbie estheticians. I have very dry skin and always have a few breakouts. Whenever I visit JE'DERM they make my skin completely red carpet ready. It's heathy and radiant. They always customize the facial to my needs and are serious skin experts. I always have a million questions for them and they always have an answer for me and product recs! The space is so nice and in a private building. It's quite and on the park! How lux is that?! There's so much to highlight, where do I begin. The warm welcome upon entering the business is so amazing, everything from being assisted with my coat to getting me a glass of water. It started the experience off on such a relaxing note. There's so much detail in every aspect of the "experience" (yes, it's an experience). I went to Je'derm for a facial (my first one ever) and all that was entailed int he experience completely wowed me. Judit took the time to ask me specifics about my skin (like regimen and what I normally use) instead of just beginning to work on my face. I really appreciated the attention and individualization. The level of comfort & love poured into each room is remarkable. You must try the facial there's just so many layers to it and so much offered in the experience! The tiny touches I thought were superb were the heated blankets and elevated chairs (helps with the blood flow to the heart ;)). If there were 6 stars, Je'derm would meet the requirement. I can't even say how much I loved my experience today with Judit. She took the time to understand my skin goals and regime before we got started, explaining how the entire appointment from here out would be completely customized to my needs. While the treatment wasn't fru-fru relaxing like you'd get in another spa, it was 1,000% better. From the enzyme mask to the microdermabrasion, Judit explained each step of the process which I loved. JE'DERM is absolutely amazing in every way and there are no two greater people to help you with achieving radiant, healthy skin than Judit and Eliana. The space itself is so exquisitely done, making you feel instantly relaxed and at peace. Each time you arrive you're greeted with such warmth and kindness that it's nearly impossible to not feel an instant connection with Eliana and Judit. If you have acne prone, lack luster, or aging skin - you need JE'DERM. If you want to be able to feel proud of your skin, wear less make up, and have skin that looks as fresh as you feel - you need JE-DERM. Judit has been treating my skin for almost two years now (bespoke facials monthly) and I will never be able to thank her enough for how she has transformed my skin! She has flawless technique and alters the facial each time to match what my skin needs - whether it is extra exfoliation, added moisture, etc - SHE JUST KNOWS! Each part of the facial has a purpose which she explains, making you feel comfortable with the process while also learning about how to better your skin at home. I had the best facial last night at Je'derm. I knew the facialists already from back in their days at Erno Laszlo and just found out that they opened their own spot after Laszlo closed. I opted for their signature facial. First of all, the space is really serene, but obviously the main reason for going (at least for me) is to get the highest quality skin care. After examining my skin, Eliana (my facialist) went to work for an hour and a half. The signature facial alone included extractions, microdermabrasion, an enzyme peel, oxygen treatment with customized serums, a lot of amazing feel good facial massages, high quality masks, and LED light therapy. She walked me through the whole process so I know exactly what is happening and gave me very technical skin care advice as well. To me this is a crazy good value because each of these treatments on their own cost a lot. When done together, I feel like it was done in the proper and most ideal order as well. My skin was butter soft, and I am literally glowing. Eliana's hands felt like a master pianist on my face (I know that sounds cheesy but that's how artful it felt). Also, I loved that they're tucked away in a chic apartment building. It just felt more private and comforting. All in all, I'm THRILLED that they opened this spot and I'm so glad that I found out that I can continue with them. One last detail that I really appreciate - you never feel like you're being run through some mill (which was my experience in other places). Where do I start? I've been seeing Judit for a little over 2 years and have never received so many compliments on my skin during this time. What I love most about JE'DERM is the bespoke facial I get every time. This is not your average cookie cutter facial where they just lather a bunch of lotions on your face and push you out the door. This is the most luxurious and tailored facial you will ever have. Judit takes the time to look at your skin, speak with you about your concerns and skin goals and then uses the products and treatments that will meet your skin's needs. And, each time it could be something different! She's an expert and she knows that your skin needs different care in the winter than in the summer. Have you ever had microdermabrasion​ (face, chest & arms!), a peel/mask, oxygen therapy, extractions, light therapy, cryo-stick (this is my fave) etc. etc. during your facials? This is a quite a treat and you know that you are getting everything you need for your skin and nothing that you don't (it's all inclusive). You won't be rushed and you'll feel like your face is in the hands of an angel. Also, Judit & Eliana have made their space an oasis in the UWS. It is such a serene place to be, I never want to leave. It's like being in their cozy home and they are your friends and you can sip on coffee & tea and relax before/after your treatment.
