I received a very large serving of finely chopped, moist, and flavorful pork. It was excellent and a great value, given the serving size. My dining companion received an even larger serving of the coarse chopped pork. I got to try a bite, but I preferred the chopped pork. The red slaw was finely chopped and very tasty. It was somewhat tame compared to other variations of red slaw that definitely have a little kick, like at Whispering Pines in Albemarle. The crinkle-cut fries were not quite hot and moderately crispy but were upstaged by the rest of the meal. It's all counter service at Henry James, but everyone was very friendly and genuinely trying to provide great customer service. When I look at the quality of the food, the large portions, and the incredibly reasonable prices, Henry James Bar B Que is a winner. Highly recommended!
