I started coming here last year after a yelp search for a local eyebrow threading place since I worked in Los Alamitos. My brows were in terrible shape before coming here, I only told her once how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and she shaped my hairs so that they could grow out how I wanted them. It was a process for them to grow out but they did. Unfortunately the company I work for moved to Huntington Beach and she is no longer local to me, but I HIGHLY recommend her. read more

I'm very apprehensive about getting my eyebrows threaded because I dislike the pain and have had not-so-great experiences in the past. I decided to give this place a try based on reviews. I noticed that the salon was very clean and the atmosphere was very professional. I was asked to sign in and referred to by name was which nice. I didn't catch the name of the woman who threaded my eyebrows, but she made sure I liked the outcome of the first eyebrow before continuing on to the second. Also, there was very minimal pain and she worked rather quickly. She was finished within four, maybe five minutes. I appreciated that she asked multiple times throughout the process if I liked the way she threaded them before continuing on. I would visit again to do my brows here. read more

it's hard to find a good place that does threading .. I usually try different places based on word of mouth, although this place is fairly new I felt the service was awesome. I came in on a Tuesday after noon looking to just get a clean up. There is this beautiful lady who greeted me with warm smiles and I was seated immediately, she asked me specifically how I want my eye brows vs just threading away and kept it to my liking. She took her time threading each unwanted hair out and she wasn't even rushing at all Iike most places. I look fabulous!!!! The place is clean, welcoming plus super friendly. I didn't need an appointment and in and out in less than 10 minutes. She asked me how I found out about this place I informed her about yelp and immediately I got a discount + first time customer special. I definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to get your eyebrows threaded! Regular customers also get a loyalty card, and you get a free threading for every 10 eyebrows. I will definitely being going every other Tuesday. read more

Got my eyebrows threaded for this first time, professionally, and I couldn't be more happy. I didn't catch the name of the woman who did them, but she was very knowledgeable and professional. I get my nails done at complete and I'm so happy I discovered this place. I found a groupon for a bikini wax which i'll probably try out this week. All in all, this place is great (affordable, clean, different) and I can't wait to start coming here every couple weeks to make my eyebrows look good. read more

I am so glad to have found this place on Yelp! They deserve the 5 star rating with such fast and great service. The salon is clean and the chairs are comfortable. I came in right when they open on a Saturday and was seated right away and in a couple of minutes, my eyebrows look perfect. Prices are very competitive to the salons that you'll find in Artesia and this place offers a deal on Yelp, so that makes it even better. I definitely found my new go-to place. read more

Just saw all the great yelp reviews and decided to try it out; just as good as everyone says! I went on a Monday around noon and I was in and out in a few minutes. Eyebrow threading only costs $8 which is the cheapest I have ever paid for this quality. They were playing great music and my threader was super nice and asked me about my day etc. Plus they have a loyalty program where you get the 11th eyebrow free! I will join the other reviewers in saying, I am so incredibly pleased with the service I received and the business in general. I've always struggled with shaping my two different eyebrows but Reema did the work of Picasso, effortlessly. I love the shape she found and she was so meticulous with her work that my brows are still perfectly clean and smooth over a week later without signs of regrowth yet - magic ? I've eyebrows that look like caterpillars very quickly. I've been paying a lot of money at high end salons in Santa Monica and throughout California and I've never been more pleased. I will certainly continue to go to Lush Brows for my needs. I should also mention the salon is immaculate and easy to access. read more

I've always had a love/hate relationship with threading. On one hand, it doesn't tear at my skin like waxing does. But on the other, it hurts like a motherf***er. That being said, Reema is SO gentle and quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my eyebrows looking great.
