The ladies here do a great job with threading. No problem with that. The downside of coming here is that there is usually only one person working alone in the evening. So the wait can be 20 to 30 minutes if you come after work. Good work, but they need to get more staff. read more

I went here because I was early for an appointment in the area and thought id kill two birds with one stone. I went in for my eyebrows and just wanted them shaped and cleaned up. The amount of times that she missed random hairs and that I almost walked out with uneven brows were way too high. I don't really have a keen eye for detail so if I notice things like that then it's very obvious! Finally after the fifth mirror check she got it right. I finally found my go-to place for my eyebrows!! The owner is super nice and extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I told her that I do not want my eyebrows any thinner, but want them to be even with one another. She did exactly what I asked for and even explained what she needed to do to achieve what I was asking for. This is a small threading store in a less popular area near Long Beach. I happened upon it via Groupon, which had a really awesome deal for eyebrow and lip threading for only $6. It's not very visible from the street, but it's not too hard to find. The woman who works there, I think she's the owner too, was very polite and friendly. We shared a little small talk while she did my eyebrows. Normally threading hurts like a B, but this time wasn't so bad. It was fast and clean. I'm not used to getting my lips threaded cause I know it hurts there more than other places on the face, but it was so fast that you barely notice it. The shop is pretty clean cut. Not too many decorations and she doesn't sell a load of random things like many of the other threading places I've been too. For the prices it's super worth it to come here even if you have yo drive a few extra minutes. This shop happens to be right down the street from where I live however. I will definitely return in a month to get a touch up. Highly recommended. read more
