Eduardo is the gentleman who greeted me and was very quick to provide assistance. I'm not sure where to start with this place as I have never been treated in such fashion as Eduardo and the rest of the employees provide phenomenal customer service. Firstly, I walked in as they were eating tamales and the employees saw me eyeing one them (naturally) and a gentlemen went out of his way to offer me some and even heated them up for me. Who does this?! My vehicle was needing to get body work, paint job , and an overall baptism as it was in some serious need of restoration. These guys went above and beyond my expectations as when I received my car it was looking better than when I initially purchased it. I want to note that this is a one stop shop. These guys work with automobile glass, body repair, paint jobs, mechanic work and even provide inspections. The only thing missing is an automobile production factory as they REALLY do it all. I implore anyone who is requiring ANY kind of car work done to stop here as these guys will go above and beyond and exceed all expectations with the product of their work and services. The cherry on top was when they kindly provided my vehicle with a paint touch up when it had nothing to do with what it was I had came for. I have never met anybody that would do extra work and do so with such eagerness. Parking is a bit small at the location given the size of the building but the quality of their work/service is colossal to say the least. I will definitely return here in the future as I can't think of anybody else who's worked on my car the way these men have. Don't let the location of this shop keep you from feeling your car will remain safe as they also have men and security on property at all times of the day (yes, even at night). Do yourself a service and treat your car the way you would treat yourself. Stop by here and let them take care of you as they treat your car as it were their very own. Edward and his team are fantastic! They excel at customer service in every way. I have gone to Jefe's to have several vehicles worked on and they have done great work. Edward and his staff are always courteous and professional and get you your vehicles in a timely manner. They communicate with you and keep you update you on the status of your car and let you know as soon as your vehicle is ready. They even touched up the paint on one of my vehicles because some of it had chipped off and that wasn't even the area of the car they were working on!I have even called them for other minor work like headlights and windshields and they have always come through. this is not a place you want to take your vehicle . my car was hit while it was parked and i took it here for repair . they fixed my trunk lid but they did not sand the car before painting it you can see a lot of imperfections and after only a month the paint started to chip off . also they sprayed my muffler red and there was paint on my windshields as weel cause they didnt tape the car up right before paint. my tail lights were damaged and the owner told me he was going to use a repair kit to fix it which was a lie cause its still broken till this day and theres no such repair kit . they put old rusty screws to hold the tail lights in . and they drilled old screws into the metal of my car to hold my bumper back on the car . the owner offered to tint my car because i told him how bad the work on my car was and he agreed stating he did not check the work before my car was given back to me but i did not take him up on the offer for the tint because i didnt want to give my car back to these people. . i will only recommend that nobody should ever take there vehicle here . they did a half a** job read more
