I was ordering crazy bread with each purchase, but it was rock hard and burned every time and I always just threw it into the trash when I got home. I started calling ahead of time and asking them to undercook it, but they don't speak English so they just ignored me and continued to burn it every time. I just stopped ordering it. Then, I ordered online as I always do and I got the receipt by email. I arrived and my pizza was not ready. I asked the woman at the counter how long it would be and she said she didn't have an order for me. I tried to show her the receipt, but she just walked away and went to work on other stuff. I stood in the store for 40 minutes. Eventually, the woman returned with a pizza that had been sitting there the entire time I had been in the store and handed it to me. It was cold and old. She offered no apologies and made no attempt to re-make the pizza. Lately, however, they have been burning everything. I got a pizza that was burned, but I didn't realize it until I got home. So last night I checked the pizza before I left the store and it was so burned that it was black. There was no crust, almost no cheese and what little crust there was got burned. I asked her to remake it. She said, "that's not burned, that's just the cheese." She refused to re-make it. Take a look at the photos. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you like crust-less, cheese-less, burned pizza. ZERO customer service. In fact, they act with disdain toward their customers. This place gives Little Caesar's a bad name.

Leo came by and cleaned our table off. Unfortunately I had removed my lower partial denture to eat and I wrapped it up in a napkin. I wasn't paying attention and Leo grabbed our baskets and empty drinks for us. About 30 minutes later my gal says where is your denture? Oh NO!!!!! IT GOT THROWN AWAY!!! So I found Leo and told him to see if he remembered which garbage can it may have been tossed in. We went to the first one he apologized but it wasn't his fault. I dug in and couldn't find it in the first can and it was a mess. Nasty! But no denture. He says must be the can behind the bar. I expected him to bring it out for me to dig through. Nope Leo dives in digging through the trash and about half way in the nasty mess he suddenly pops up with my denture in hand!!!!! Hands it to me. Amazed he didn't hesitate to help find it. And apologized for taking it. It's was his fault and I appreciate his help BIG TIME! Saved me about $1700. Couldn't believe we found it. Can't say thanks enough for the effort. Really appreciate him digging through the trash to help. Thanks bud! If I could give 10 stars I would leave 100!!!! See you again soon!
