I found Sarina through yelp and after looking through her website and blog, I was sold. Her body of work speaks for itself and she clearly has a good eye for taking beautiful shots. I contacted her through her website and she responded the same day. I could tell right away just how professional and easy she would be to work with, so I booked her immediately. We decided to take pictures in the Orange Circle since I love that area and thought it would be cool and different, especially for a maternity shoot. Sarina showed up on time and we all felt comfortable with her right away. We took a ton of shots, from sitting in the park bench to interesting brick alleys and even the train depot. When something caught Sarina's eye, she went for it, and most of our best pics are from her suggestions. My 3 year old actually paid attention to Sarina and listened to her prompts, which was completely unexpected. He even went a little Zoolander during the shoot and now has the Blue Steel nailed. She made me feel like a pregnant model and I worked it (or waddled it) as best as I could. Even my husband, who prefers to be behind the camera, had a good time. After the shoot, Sarina sent us our digital proofs within a few days and asked us to pick our top 10 faves for enhancements. The only hard part of the entire process was picking out our top ten. The other- plain and simply, high caliber of professionalism, authenticity, and warmth that I've had the pleasure to experience after hiring KLK to work their magic for my engagement and wedding photos at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, this past July.
