Might take up on offer, but wanted to update review on whole experience. Thank you Chris -------------- I only have four sentences to say. 1. You can book online here and I did on a Sunday early in the morning for 2 PM. 2. Booking was confirmed with Luis, including me paying everything beforehand. I received multiple confirmation messages over email and text. 3. Came here at 1:59 PM, then received a message that you see in the image I shared. 4. I don't speak Spanish, and that's OK. What is important here is that a system where you pay beforehand and you get there in time - you find out their barber isn't coming for another 15 minutes and they text you in a language that isn't yours. How can you conduct a business like this? As you saw, I wrote back in Spanish, to refund my money and tell the owner of this merchant to give me a call back so we can talk about this over English and hash it out. It's 2:10 PM in the store is still not even open. Do not have the capability to schedule and have people pre-pay beforehand if the place is closed I really am not sure what else to say Time wasted
