I have never written a review like this before and I really really wanted to be able to continue using the service department at this dealership for its convenient Eldersburg location and community feel, but suspect the new management is no longer operating with integrity. I brought my vehicle in for a compressor replacement, AC recharge, and an oil change--repairs that should have been routine. The time taken to complete the compressor replacement and AC recharge was excessive, with the service department dragging out the repairs for days, longer than necessary considering I made my appointment three weeks in advance. It is my opinion that work was strategically delayed to help manufacture up-charges. I was left without my vehicle for an unreasonable period, and communication about timelines were incorrect. First the work would be done in one day, then in two days, then three. Worse, the cost was outrageous. I was billed $2,400 for the compressor replacement and AC recharge--a price far above industry standards. As a long-time customer, I suspect the new ownership is inflating prices to take advantage of loyal patrons. The place has a dishonest vibe that it never did before. When I brought up my concerns about the excessive delays, inflated costs, I was met with a dismissive and condescending response. Instead of addressing my issues or offering a resolution, the representative launched into a lecture about the technicalities of replacing a compressor, completely ignoring my valid complaints. This unprofessional behavior only deepened my frustration and confirmed to me the dealership's deliberate dishonesty. I strongly caution others to avoid this dealership's service department unless you're prepared to overpay and endure unnecessary delays.

Long story short, they lied my alignment was perfectly fine before going there and infact I NOW feel like its off since taking my car there and my breaks are also now squeaking when I reverse which never had that issue before. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, man in charge I guess? Not sure what kinda business he's running because it only took me a few interactions with the workers to realize it's a shit show. I was asking for an inspection report because all I was ever given was a receipt, he says it was sent to my email. It never was, so then I have my mother call as they aren't taking me seriously, talking to me like I'm dumb. Jeff quickly switches up the story again and he has no report or records from the work done on my car and that it was sent straight to the MVA. I'm sitting right next to her and I say "Hi Jeff. You said it was sent to my e-mail yesterday and it never was and now you dont have access to the records? I finally come in person and after way too long of back n forth they give me a checklist of what had been done after repeatedly asking and being told there's no records to give me. He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

Here's my personal experience: I brought my car in there a week ago for brakes & an alignment. Not only did he do a simply spectacular job on both - that even the dealership the car came from over its history, could never get actually right... here now, is what outstanding, HONEST SERVICE is all about... So, this past week, I start to notice a "banging" sound whenever I go over a bump, now coming from what seems like somewhere in the front suspension. Boo... very disconcerting! So I call Will - and he says simply "bring it in & I'll have a quick look at it". Yesterday, I bring it in & drop it in the AM, bracing myself for the worst. Will calls me later that afternoon & says "yer all set". - The car has an under-tray with heat-shielding and a lateral "stiffener bar" that the rivets fastening it to the plastic tray itself, had apparently on one side popped loose - so the stiffener arm was banging between the rocker-panel frame & the tray. He tells me it is typical a car it's age (12 years) as the metal rivets eventually vibrate/wear their way through the relatively soft plastic of the tray. So he re-rounded the tray holes & replaced all the rivets with new ones to correspond with the new "fresh" mounting hole sizes created. ..."You're now as good as new!" How much do I owe you, Will? ..."NO CHARGE" -!! :-O What??? ...How's That??? "Well, you know what - when I was doing the alignment & had the tray off - I shoulda probably noticed that - as it was not a sudden thing - and we coulda more simply just fixed it right then & there for you, without you going a week now hearing those bangs & worrying about it... so yeah... no charge - I insist!" How many mechanics out there would have/could have instead called me back a few hours later & quoted some additional $100's of needed suspension parts repair(s) needed? Which... I was fully "braced" for and thoroughly expected. How so totally AWESOME is it to know we have, as so clearly illustrated here - a local, in community mechanic/merchant - with such ethics - that you can absolutely TRUST completely, and without reservation like this!!!
