I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way.
