We were pleasantly impressed by no uncomfortable pressure and a clear bottom line price. We drove from out of state to purchase and had an informative and prepared salesman, had an informative walkthrough, a lesson on the new hitch and then a well prepared financial person to sign the final paperwork. I called, I texted, and finally hand delivered a written letter to the general service manager. He never called, emailed or texted to address my concerns. In the end....they found a broken fan blade in my air conditioner and I paid $785.94 to have it replaced. According to AI... Coleman replacement condenser fan blades (like the 6733‑3221) retail for about $30-$40. Labor for rooftop RV A/C work typically adds $75-$250, depending on access difficulty (RV rooftops often push labor toward the higher end). My opinion is that Holman's way of doing business is frustrating for the customer. If I have an appointment for an agreed upon day...my rv should not sit for 15 days in a parking lot waiting...waiting...waiting.....If I have to hand deliver a letter to the general service manager to get action...why would I ever come back as a customer again. The lack of follow up by the general service manager is unfortunate. Find another dealership...and save yourself time and frustration.

    On March 20th, 2021 I purchased a 2015 toy hauler travel trailer, my salesman was Craig Ochabot. I…read morenoticed many things that needed attention; liquid on the floor indicating a slide out leak, broken hand rail on the rear door, exterior places needing attention with caulk and the power bed in the rear needed adjustment. I picked the camper up and the walk through crew assured me all was fixed. There's were evident signs of caulking but two of the vents were cracked and just caulked over. On March 27 I took my first trip and it was a rainy weekend. The fluid was on the floor when I opened the slide out, two off the three vents we leaking and the power bed was still jumpy. I texted Craig at 1030 and we exchanged in excess of 20 text and pictures regarding the issues. His response was "when can you get it here for us to fix those issues?" I told him I would as soon as I get back in town. On March 29 and 30 we exchanged several more text and he was suppose to call me back with instructions on when to drop it off. I hadn't heard from him by April 6 so I texted again and received no reply. I then made multiple calls and left multiple messages for Mr. Ochabot over the next 2 weeks again with no reply. The last week I called the office and asked for the sales manager, Ron Cramling answered. I explained the situation and Mr. Cramling apologized and stated he would get the issues fixed right away. Within an hr I received a call from Hayden Bailey, the RV service manager he instructed me to drop off my unit the upcoming Monday and it would be repaired. I dropped the United off and meet with Mr. Bailey. He assured me everything would be fixed but it may take 2 wks. At approximately 2wks I received a call the unit was done. Upon inspection all of my concerns had been corrected. Mr. Cramling and Mr. Bailey are men of their word and an excellent representation of Holman motors. If my rating were on them alone I would have given 5 stars. That being said, Chad Ochabot is not a man of his word. He made all kinds of promises of being there after the sale and making sure I was happy with my purchase. If I had to make a rating based solely on my salesman, craig Ochabot, I would have given zero stars. In closing I would say use Holman motors god your vehicle purchases. The management cares about follow through and doing what's right. If you happen to get Craig Ochabot as your sales representative immediately ask got someone else!

    From now on we will be taking our GMC to Holman! They went above and beyond to get our vehicle…read morefixed, and we are so grateful. Jim was wonderful, very knowledgeable, kept us informed, and even checked on our vehicle after we picked it up. Thanks to their mechanics, our vehicle is acting brand new again.

    I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. They do not communicate well with their customers…read moreat all! You show up there to drop of your vehicle and they all just stare at you. Once they are working on your vehicle they send you a report over text! They do not call you! They tell you over the website all the things your car needs and you can click it and pay for it just like that. You then show up and the service advisors will sometimes go over the report with you and tell you "you don't need this stuff yet, get your money out of it first". So some people are just blindly spending money on stuff they don't even need. This past visit I had an issue with my park brake malfunction and it just required a simply calibration. They charged me $200 just to look at it. I then offered to pay $1200 on new tires from them if they would waive the original fee and they said no. When I showed up to get my car. The advisor told me nothing about my car. Just had me pay and sent me out the door. I then discovered the cap to my brake fluid was missing so I called the dealership to check. It took me 8 times of calling to finally get in touch with someone who actually checked for me. She then told me they didn't lose the part because they didn't even open my hood for that visit which is odd because I got a full inspection that said they checked my brake fluids. Also, if you notice my cap is missing why was nothing said to me or offered to help me replace it. So they lied and never actually inspected my car or they noticed something was wrong and didn't even communicate it to me. I spend so much money at this place and they have horrible customer service. So much so that I'm about to drive an hour away to go to kings Toyota instead. My experience has been so bad that I may just get a whole new vehicle so I no longer have to deal with Toyota!

When our independent inspection uncovered a few concerns, he handled it respectfully and worked with us in a way that made us feel confident and taken care of. Tim Sizemore in Finance was equally impressive -- practical, transparent, and efficient. He explained everything clearly without any pressure. Low online then in person. I put more that half down cash and still much higher payment than online. The sales team don't let you breathe they stand over you even after you ask for so time. The lady in finance was really nice totally recommend her she tell and shows you what the warranty really cover not what you think. Detailed diagrams which really break it down. She was the reason why I went through with the sale. I was on the fence when I went into the office she was the true sales person. Don't get me wrong my salesman was nice but super pushy stood over me even after I asked for some time. I would definitely recommend Subaru but try different locations though. I asked about the Veteran discount was told that there is not really a Veteran's discount but the Subaru website clearly says it is. I have a great credit score and it was very expensive to buy. Lease was 1/5 the price for purchase. The manager was not very flexible with deals either. The deal online are much better than in store. Even though I could have purchased the vehicle cash I chose to finance for continue good credit history to increase my score even more. If we did need to get a vehicle right away I would have gone somewhere else. I was able to buy and take home same day. I am happy with my vehicle but definitely not with the sales pressure not great for sales. Also need to add that I was told that I would not get the little Veteran's discount if I waited to the next day by the manager even though it clearly stated that you do online. It was a really small amount compared to price of vehicle. Subaru has good reviews it is whybI chose Subaru. If I buy in the future another Subaru I think it would probably be another dealership. There was really not much discount at all. Interest rates discounts nor price match what was on the website. I probably should have waited to purchase to the next day didn't want to keep paying for a rental. Deals are not deals at the dealership at this location! ​
