Amazingly well kept. The topiary trees are fabulous. The water works make the course excellent. Fun for the whole family. Not very busy at all. Highly recommend!

All the mini golf lovers- 18 hole fun here! 1. Convenient location/ lots of parking It's close from all cities in NOVA and parking is free and easy to find especially during the weekday. 2. Mini golf set up is not the best or the most dramatic or entertaining but it's rather cheap and fun. It's a great activity both for family with kids and corporate events. Some holes are very poorly designed, but still fun. It's fully outdoors so make sure to check the weather!

Tee-off areas are well marked, and there is a huge wooden board/sign at every hole describing the path and distance.

Went golfing on a course for the first time here; it was a great experience playing a 9-hole course. Friends who are golf enthusiasts said it was very decent for an executive course; low-key and great for beginners. On a Wednesday afternoon in the summer it costed $25/person to play in groups of four; renting a cart was an additional $11/person (walking was fine). Most of the staff seemed friendly enough. The clubhouse sells beer and food; no carts go around to re-fuel folks playing on the course, though. There is also no driving range available here for practice which is a huge bummer.

I enjoy this 9 hole golf course very much. It's mostly flat, so easily walkable for all ages. The fairways are fairly wide but you can easily end up in the woods of you slice off the tee. Number 7 is a very short par-3. Number 4 is really the only water hole but even it has an option to avoid going over the hazard. The trickest part of the this course are the undulating greens which makes putting a challenge. Nice practice putting and chipping greens. Reasonable rates, it can be busy on weekends but the starters are good about getting groups off the tee. Small pro shop & grill area. Excellent place to get a quick round of golf.

Now I have a 13 year old with a different attitude and eye rolling. Yet coming back here was worth it. You do have to park on neighborhood streets, but unless a nice weekend, it's relatively a cinch. This park is fenced in. Please still watch your kids though! There are a lot of toys for them to play with. I think people donate items here. There's also some playground equipment. It's not fancy but it's good for small children and families.

Right on the street next to the park, I had no problems finding multiple parking spots which was great! Bathrooms: right on the side, nothing fancy. Single bathrooms, spacious to bring your stroller in. Park: park itself looked underwhelming but once I started strolling through, I noticed how many play areas there were. There were at least 4 different swing areas (bucket and regular swings), there was a sandbox with toys (no slide anymore), two park playgrounds (one for toddlers one for big kids) and plenty of benches for parents, along with a sort of merry go round that my son loved pushing Crowd: great diversity and different ages there. When I went there were a lot of nanny groups and kids all playing together. My son is a little younger than the crowd and isn't used to playing with others but he enjoyed watching nearby. Seating: like I said, tons of benches set up at each little attraction, a good amount of picnic tables where the older kids were having lunch outside which I loved! Overall my son stayed for 1.5 hours and would've stayed longer if we weren't needing to leave for nap time. Great time! Wish I had taken more pictures but I'll update with overall area pictures when we go back next which I know will be in the next couple days!

Some of the playground equipment is a little older but there's enough here to keep kids entertained for a couple of hours. There's a little shelter/house, climbing bars for older kids, and a fire truck apparatus. Immediately outside the playground area is a covered picnic shelter, basketball courts, and soccer field, which I have never seen used. This is a nice option for those seeking a more private/quieter park experience.

And they're right; there's almost no way you'd know this park is here unless you lived here or you scoped the FCC parks website before wandering around. There's no signage outside of one announcing the name of the park in front of it* and no directions from West St. to lead you there. Mostly, after spending the afternoon at the park, I can understand why the locals wouldn't want anyone to know about it: it's great! A huge field for running around, or a makeshift soccer game; a fairly extensive playset for the younger kids; a grill and a covered area to have a picnic. There's not much parking available other than on-street and, being that this is a residential neighborhood, you're parking in front of people's houses rather than in a parking lot. The fields/playset back up directly to people's backyards so anywhere someone doesn't have a fence, it can get a little weird when you make eye contact with people who are just hanging out at their house. But regardless, a great neighborhood park and a good asset for FCC, at least if you can find it. * - Moose out front shoulda told ya.
