    Sunset

We had an amazing view of the sunset from our window and front porch to start. And welcoming, friendly greeting when we got our key. And the best part was the breakfast! They made an egg omelet mini casserole, blueberry and apple pancakes with NH maple syrup, bacon, sausage, fruit cups, homemade chocolate chip muffins, coffee and had many juices available too. It was so delicious! The bed was comfortable too!

After traveling for many hours and being locked out of another hotel reservation, my friends and I were ready to sleep in our car (we just need a place to crash 6am-12pm). We made phone calls to many hotels, inns, and motels, but either the reception was closed or they were booked. Fortunately Jefferson inn answered. They gave us the tower room for that morning after having send someone to reception (their reception doesn't even open until 7). The hostess settled us in and even made us breakfast. She ensured that we would get anything we needed. Jefferson Inn was a wonderful stay. With a cozy decor and many common rooms it is a comfortable stay for couples, families, or single people. Main st. Has several places to eat and Mt. Cabot is a short drive away. Overall great stay with impeccable service.

    Shaker Room

A VERY relaxing place. We visited 6/10/2022 for two nights while visiting Santa's Village (down the street). Comfortable rooms, super friendly owners. Outstanding breakfasts. I would highly recommend this establishment. We stayed in the Shaker Room.

morning with a cup of coffee

Me, my husband and our furbaby all spent a wonderful night at this inn. When we arrived we were happily greeted by the owner. Lucky for us we were staying there on a Thursday night and we had time to really get to know the owner. She took us around to each room showing us that all of them had there own private baths, comfortable beds and lots of room for many guests to stay. That night we slept in the most comfortable bed after having amazing homemade cookies after dinner outside on the front porch. In the morning we were greeted with the most delicious breakfast that was also served to us on the cute wrap around porch. That way our dog could sit outside and eat with us it was really thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying here. Since we were the only ones there we had the whole house to ourselves and it felt as though I was at my grandma's place for a visit. Andi made sure we had everything we needed before heading off to bed. If your ever In The jefferson area this place is a must visit and stay. Family owned inns need our support now more than ever. Pay for a place that will use your money to help make your stay even more wonderful the next time.

    Breakfast at the Jefferson Inn

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Rose room at the charming Jefferson Inn! Andi and Linda are delightful hosts who pour their hearts and souls into this B & B. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king size bed. Andi cooked a delicious hearty breakfast each morning, and offered suggestions for local dinner restaurants. After a day of exploring the White Mountains, we relaxed on the front porch with Andi's homemade snickerdoodles and a glass of wine while watching an amazing sunset! Treat yourself to a few nights at the Jefferson Inn -- you won't be disappointed!

We stayed here as part of a family Reunion in January 2016. We used an upstairs suite, and three other lovely rooms for two nights. All together there were 8 of us staying here. Gwen was very attentive to our needs without being intrusive and I enjoyed talking with her. Cozy and homey and we will stay here again.

I came here with my Husband before we had kids and was expecting myself to have to eat in the room to keep my feral kids out of the way of the guests, but that could not have been further from the truth! Stayed at the Omni with my three kids, 5 and under, and in laws for a few nights and had an incredible experience. As soon as we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. Overall we loved it, highly recommend for families, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Omni team!

We recently stayed at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, paying over $800 a night for a family…read moresuite, expecting the high standard of luxury and scenic views that the Omni brand built its reputation on. What we experienced instead was an absolute disgrace. When we opened the curtains of our expensive suite, we were greeted not by the majestic White Mountains, but by garbage cans, dumpsters, HVAC units, and an unsightly service/utility yard. At no point during booking or check-in was it disclosed that our high-tier family suite would overlook the hotel's back-of-house trash operations. When we brought this to management's attention, expecting basic empathy and a reasonable resolution, the response was shockingly dismissive. The staff was completely unaccommodating, and the manager was entirely unempathetic and uncooperative. Rather than trying to make things right or move us to a acceptable room, the manager blatantly told us that if we didn't like our accommodations, we could always just check out. To add insult to injury, after making us feel thoroughly unvalidated and ignored, the manager offered a insulting token compensation: waiving a single night's $50 resort fee on a stay costing over $800 per night. This stay was a complete and total disappointment. The quality of the accommodations and the terrible attitude of management were completely inconsistent with Omni's reputation and nowhere near worth the price we paid. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its guests.

The owners of this family run motel are what make it special. From the time you walk through the door, you feel you're at home. You can't spend the night without sharing a laugh or hearing a good story at the communal fire pit. This place is a vacation spot for EVERYONE. There is plenty of hiking right out the front door. The runs are scenic and challenging. The pool is clear. Most importantly, they LOVE anything with an engine. Motorcycles, snow mobiles, and ATV's aren't just allowed, they're WELCOMED. Make this a stop on your vacation, or ask about renting a room for the sled season. You won't regret it.

We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool. My daughter also enjoyed the tire swing. The kitchenette, though dated, was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, a small stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Made it easy to eat the perennial vacation leftovers ;) I didn't really have much interaction with the manager at the front desk, but he seemed very nice and accommodating. Early in the day, he called to check when we were expecting to arrive; when we checked in, he was ready for us - apparently we were the only ones checking in that day. And he informed us that some of the other people staying at the motel - a motorcycle club - were going to be setting off fireworks that evening after dark. Obviously unique to our experience, but we appreciated the notice. Moreover, in the group's shoes, it must have felt pretty welcoming that their planned activity was accommodated like that. (and we did enjoy the show!) The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were thin and the pillows were the least fluffy pillows in existence. My kids enjoyed the novelty of a bunk bed, which was a new experience. However, it lacked a ladder, which was less than ideal. There was a bedrail in the closet, but we struggled to attach it to the bed, there being no instructions for doing so. The water pressure in the shower was very good, but the shower stall itself was smaller than the closet. So despite the rest of my comments being overwhelmingly positive, it's hard to rate our stay above 3 stars.
