No pain medication helped, and it was clear the tooth was badly infected. First thing Monday morning, I searched for dental offices open on holiday (Martin Luther King), and his office was the closest available. From the very first moment, I felt taken care of. Rosa at the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate, she truly understood my situation and welcomed me in immediately. The entire experience was exceptional. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. This office delivers professionalism, compassion, skill, and true patient care. On my first visit they could not verify my insurance, so I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. I called my insurance and my insurance couldn't understand why the office was not able to verify it. All the information was listed on my insurance card that I handed them. Anyhow, it got straightened out. The staff is great! Martin is very professional and most importantly it was a nearly painless procedure. When he numbed me for my old crown removal, I barely felt the needle inserted. I get a lot of anxiety from the drill and will often suddenly feel like I can't swallow or choke, but my anxiety was definitely low with Dr. Nahigian. My crown is a front tooth and it's so beautiful and natural looking. It honestly looks like my own tooth! I am very pleased. I am glad to have found a new dentist office that I trust and with great results.

Bright Now Dental W Shaw is the best dental office you can go to in Fresno as far as we are concerned. We have used all of their services, from emergency to ortho. They always go above and beyond and they stand by their work. About 6 years ago our family had a complicated issue that Lily corrected for us. She is great at her job and you can tell she genuinely cares about others. If we didn't speak to her several of us wouldn't have received the great dental care we do today! And of course Dr Chan is an outstanding dentist like everyone has mentioned. Just by interacting with him you can tell he knows what he's doing. Also one of the best orthodontists in Fresno, Dr. Presutti, works here on Thursdays. He has helped 2 of our family members with non traditional (difficult) adult braces, that in the end turned out perfectly! Thank you guys for everything you have done for our family.
