If you're looking for a bagel, you can't go wrong here. AMBIANCE: Now, that I've given you Jekyll, let's talk about the Hyde. If you're looking for a place to eat breakfast with some atmosphere, you won't find it here. "Perfunctory" is the word that comes to mind. Plastic ware, baskets and napkins, functional tables and chairs self-serve coffee... that's what you'll get here. BREAKFAST: If you're looking to have a good breakfast with your bagel, forget it. "Afterthought" would be the word to best describe their breakfast offerings. I ordered bacon, egg and a sesame bagel, along with a tea (forget my tea Latte). The bagel was great but the bacon and egg looked and tasted like they picked it up at the nearby McDonnalds and slapped it on a plate. BOTTOM LINE: My key "customer so what" with every place I review... Would I come back? The answer... YES, for a dozen bagels but a most definite NO for breakfast.

Josh's attitude made it seem as though he didn't want to serve me. His facial expressions, hand gestures, and overall demeanor suggested he was frustrated and unhappy to be there. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee simply by placing an order. To make matters worse, the customer behind me seemed irritated because I was ordering more than the two donuts she wanted, and it felt like Josh was more concerned with her impatience than with providing me good customer service. I regularly visit local businesses and share honest reviews with my personal groups because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I can recommend. No craving is worth standing at the counter feeling unwelcome while an employee appears visibly irritated handling your order. One negative interaction can completely change someone's first impression.
