The lady working there today (01/04/26) made us feel unwelcomed and practically kicked us out…read morebecause we had a service dog without a vest. We were asked if he was a service dog and when we said yes she told us that he needed a vest (despite legally, no you don't) and that she would get in trouble if her boss came in and saw us. We told her they have a sign on the door saying dogs were welcomed anyways and she said that's only small dogs that can be carried, ignoring the fact he's a service dog once again. She then followed us around the store asking about him and criticized him when we told her his name because "that's a girls name" (literally who cares). She kept commenting on the lack of vest and she was actively trying to distract him while he was working, which is very illegal. We just felt some unwelcomed and uncomfortable that we just left. This whole experience left a horrid taste in our mouths.

She found this place during her Girl Scouts camping trip when they were missing bagels. The cashier was very kinda and helpful with her order. Unfortunately my wife lost the lid to her metal coffee tumbler and did not realize it until she made it back to camp. After calling the store, they originally did not see it but took her number down. Luckily after an hour, they called back and found her lid next to the door water dispenser. Very thankful for their diligence and great customer service.
