Recently I just wanted some chips and guac, and realized as I opened the bag: neither are homemade. And, I get it, it's a small food truck turning over lots of orders quickly. The chips are for sure store bought, and the guacamole's consistency (quite pureed) and flavor (none) just reminded me of those little plastic cups you peel back the covering on from like Sabra or Wholly. It was priced at $15 which was quite reasonable. One of my granddaughters loved the pancit and kept asking for more. My other granddaughter just wanted mango juice which she liked. Ate Emily (the chef owner) was personable and kind. She even had some candy for the kids to choose from. You may rely on one time customers but if you are gonna be a regular vendor at the home games, you may want to rethink your strategy.
