Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. I left a negative review, all of a sudden I'm getting 10x more emails and letters in my mail harassing me after being beyond reasonable every time I've had an issue here. Spent years in Florida with the car and at several dealerships without issue. Always a problem here or getting my car back in worse shape. The car has sentimental value is the only reason I've kept it after such horrible service.
