Haven't been to this bagel shop in a long time. Decided to get 2 bagel egg sandwiches this morning. I noticed none of the ladies handling money and food changed their gloves! I was very turned off but wasn't sure if I was missing a quick change. As I paid closer attention a customer asked for her bagel to be scooped out... I had just seen the server take money several times prior never changing gloves, she then with dirty gloves scooped by scratching out the center of a bagel . I quietly went to a women behind counter and mentioned my concern. She told me they have a notice from the board of health they only change their gloves if you ask! This is COMMON SENSE not to touch filthy money and food! I will never go there again!! Try putting your sign where it easily seen and easy to read I bet 99 % of your customers will want their food touched with clean NOT dirty gloves! read more

Look, I'm gonna be honest. A group of us went in with high hopes the morning of a road trip expecting something half decent. But didn't even get that. We all ordered egg sandwiches on bagels. What we all got were cold bagels with half warm eggs and unmelted cheese and okay bacon. This is one of the easiest things to get right, especially for a bagel shop. Is it the best bagel store on Long Island? No but what u get is a cross between a roll and a bagel this is not a Bagelry bagel or a Bagel Boss bagel. The only thing that saves theses bagels is that they are large and if you like seeded bagels they are loaded with seeds. One has to be cautious when toasting they go from perfect brown to burnt in a nanosecond. They have a small selection of pastry items and specialty rolls and bagels that are baked in house and are quite good ! Service is what you expect from a bagel store they have plenty of help on the weekends and are quite busy and friendly . I live in the area and go on the weekends I could travel for a better bagel but why bother they are a local business that hire local teenagers/young adults so I have no problem supporting the business. read more

The best way to describe this establishment is: inconsistent. With regard to the bagels, sometimes they have seeds on both sides, other times just on top. Sometimes the bagels are very small, other times excessively large. In most cases, I find that the bagels taste very doughy as if they need a little more time in the fire. I've never had the wrong food given to me but sometimes they flip flop if the coffee is cold or hot. I find the staff to be mostly pleasant if a little slow, but not to the point where it's excessive waiting. They need to spend more time cleaning however, it has the vibe of a run down 50's diner. As an experiment, I left a handprint on the wall of the booth next to the staff area. It remained there for three weeks. The prices seem fairly reasonable but I have gotten the same exact order cheaper and better made elsewhere. Good in a pinch if you are at Walmart, but then again, why not just visit the other bagel store in the same parking lot? read more

Absolute terrible experience. I called in an order for one sandwich(since I'm at work and get limited time for a lunch) which the girl on the phone told me 20 mins and that was fine here's where the ridiculous issue comes in. I walk in and see a sign that says- grub hub, pre paid, call in orders so I stand there instead of the line that is to the door. After standing there for a few mins someone finally approaches and asks my name I tell them and say I called it in, she tells me oh no you have to wait on line. Let me get this straight you tell someone they have to wait 20 mins before they're sandwich will be ready but DON'T tell them they have to pay over the phone or else they would have to wait on another 20 min line and you really think someone would want their sandwich that at that point would probably already be sitting there for at least 30 mins?! What is the point in taking call in orders if we have to wait the additional 20 mins anyway? At least tell your customers they have to pay over the phone. Needless to say I left there without my breakfast since I didn't have time to stand there for another 20 mins. read more

This morning I ordered two egg sandwiches, both sandwiches I asked for eggs to be over medium. The eggs on both were fried hard. Also the sandwiches were on egg everything bagels but the seasonings were off, no salt so weird. A very unsatisfying breakfast. Not to mention the hash browns, soggy and greasy. For the record, I'd give 2 1/2 stars if I could. Since I can't, 2 stars is more accurate than 3... It was a disappointing experience from beginning to end. The glass door looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The dining area was dark and dreary. Ordered a bagel and a pastry. The bagel itself was ok with cream cheese that tasted like Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese (not a compliment). When I was feeling around in the bag, I noticed the pastry I got felt it was coated in concrete. The pastry was actually delicious, it was left in the oven way too long. I decided to give this place another shot but with a different order. I ordered an egg white omelette with cheese and this is what I got(see picture). Just absolutely pathetic. No effort what so ever. Cheese is not even melted. I am never coming back to this place. I was not impressed with Jejojo bagel's. I had multiple friends talk it up after I grew tired of a different bagel place's change in management (and quality) and decided to give this place a try after going to the gym. We went as a group of four and ordered bagels and coffee. The kid at the counter didn't write our order done and kept forgetting how many coffees we wanted (which was two, both light and sweet..). We then would find out that one of our bagels wasn't even close to what was ordered. WRITE IT DOWN! I was a server once. I never relied on memory, despite having a pretty good one. You always write down orders. Luckily, one of the girls at the counter fixed this mishap without charge (after a short discussion of if they should charge or not). The bagels themselves were fresh, but the amount of cream cheese was lacking. I'm not one of those people that want's a half a bar of cream cheese on their bagel, but I want more then what I saw here. It came off as cheap, not to mention dry. I will give this place three stars because my experience may have been different with one of the other servers. read more

It's my 4th time here for a breakfast bagel with eggs. I like 2 eggs over medium on a sesame bagel. I am particular about the eggs. It can be frustrating. These guys are amazing. They have gotten it spectacularly right every time I have been here. The coffee is always perfect and the service can not be any better.
