I was recently in this establishment during late morning hours with no other customers. There were two employees standing behind the register talking to each other. They were having a conversation while I was standing right in front of them looking to place my order. I waited approximately six minutes and they still never acknowledge me. They just carried on with their conversation. I was pretty much disgusted by then and just walked out of the store. I have seen these employees working there for a long time so I know they're not brand new. Horrible customer service. I just want to give a heads up to other customers who might be going to this establishment.

(more about that in a minute) Reluctantly, I go back in there today, knowing I'm getting over charged, but i planned on taking the hit just 1 more day. Same order today, maple turkey with Swiss on a roll and a 20oz drink. Theres a young man at the register, he rings me up for $18.17. I asked him how the same order is a different price. I asked him to talk to Elvis. He said Elvis was busy in the back of if I wanted to wait. No, I didn't want to wait to be told some excuse. And I would have just left the food there if I wasn't very hungry. So I pay the $18.17 at the register, only to finally look at my bank statement to make sure I wasn't mistaken about yesterday's price. And that when I realize I got charged $19.17 For today's order, and then I assessed I am also getting charged an additional $1 per order on my bank statement. The only saving grace was the sandwich was fresh and good, but not worth whatever I actually paid for it.

Their soups are amazing. Their chicken cutlets are not greasy they're crispy and just perfect. They usually have exactly what I am looking for but I did notice their prepared foods are either never made or look like they've been there since the night before but I never buy their prepared foods so it isn't an issue to me but maybe to others. Some of the employees can be a bit rude or just not as friendly as you would expect. Even if you dislike your job you should still give excellent customer service even if you just smile and say hello to the person I could drastically change their experience. They always look so miserable when I stop in there which makes me feel kind of bad. Cause the signs still says it is a dollar with the app and the guy gives me an attitude with a face replying really? 2 times and he says price went back to regular and you get 7th cup free thats it!!. Like i mentioned above, there is no sign what so ever that mentions the price is going back to regular as of when. I don't mind if the price is changed, customers should be acknowledged before something changes, not when asked and the price is listed as same as before. I am very disaapointed at a few 7 eleven stores that does this and it is not the right way to treat the customers like this!!!

They have 3 screens that show customer's names and the status of their order. I thought this was unique as I've never seen this at a Starbucks before.
