Do not walk in and think you're going to be listening to pop music, use equipment that is still shining from the factory, or think that everyone is going to be super quite. No. You are going to walk in hearing hard rock, hip-hop, metal, and/or rap. In-between songs you're going to hear clanging' and bangin' as people are getting after it hard. And you know what, yeah you might hear some grunting too. There are no lunk-alarms here. That being said, they do have classes and areas which are less in your face... but don't let that fool you -- they are hard and you're going to be working up a sweat! It seems they are continuing to expand, and that's great because they know what a 'gym' is supposed to be. It's not a dating bar or model show (cough *edge* cough). Folks there are very welcoming! It's a very positive atmosphere and at least to me; does not feel intimidating like some places. The price is right and the employees are incredible (always willing to help, very attentive, and make you feel welcome). It almost feels like one big PSW family. Highly recommend.

I've had my membership for almost 2 years, and never really had a complaint. Tons of versital equipment, separate rooms themed for different needs. Now, the amount of community this gym has is also unreal. Tons of people who are empowered to show there workouts, and recording themselves. (Some people don't like that, but that's okay.) Facebook is busy, Instagram is busy, and there are members of all shapes and sizes. The price is the most I've ever had on a gym membership, but I can't complain due to what's invested back into the gym. So whether you want to be an influencer, or just get in and get out kind of gym goer; you can find your place here. ​

I only did the four week trial at a very discounted price because I was living in the area temporarily. However, I have never seen such extreme results in only four weeks time as I did when I took these classes 2 to 3 times a week. The group that I did the classes with felt like a close team and the coaches were extremely welcoming and not intimidating. Physically, I pushed my body in ways I never did before in quick bursts of interval training. Every class was different and I looked forward to each one. The workouts are short and varied enough that you feel like you can at least try anything, and the instructors always give an option to make it a bit easier and a bit harder with each exercise intro. Like I said, I have since moved away but am looking to get involved in a gym like this. It's more pricey than others but worth every penny bc I got way better results practically immediately than any other fitness program I've done.

I've found rusty razor blades, loose machine bolts, bug infestation, unknown pills scattered about in the locker room, vehicles impeding fire exits, etc. When I mentioned these things I was made to feel victim blamed. Friends and family of employees take precedence in the gym and I was openly mocked between management and a member due to exhibiting an injury I suffered during wartime military service. This gym includes a huge variety of workout machines and equipment and even has a separate lady's fitness room which is one of the main reasons why I go. Not only does this gym have the work out areas, it also includes 3 stand up and 1 lay down tanning beds for an all year long tan. Another great reason I can live here is they have food! Body building food that is! Lol..Set up with a protein bar, there's options for shakes, bars and drinks galore. Last but not least, after I lift my weights, I like to relax my muscles before I head home and how I do that is with the sauna in the women's locker room. The heat allows me to sweat out all my toxins and its my favorite way to end a workout. The gym also has showers, bathrooms, lockers, body scales and magazines just to add in the little extras to what makes this gym complete.
