If nothing else I can tell that the people that work here love their job. I have no idea what they were saying but they stayed smiling and laughing the whole time I was there. Constantly telling jokes. So if you are the time that likes getting your nails done in peace. Don't come here. This is more of a social gathering spot to gossip and think hard about which OPI color you'll be picking for this session. Horrible!!!!!! Buyer Beware- they don't post Accurate prices! If I could do zero stars I would. Do Not Ever go to this place. I got a gel pedicure and when I got to the counter the woman, charged me $75 FOR a pedicure. I would expect it if it was a mani-pedi. She just completely ripped me off. She said it was because of my gel color which had a 2-tone shade to it. $30 for a nail color, are you kidding me!! And it was on the little circles they always hand you to pick out colors. To those of you who left a bad review or nasty comments: Shame on you! Bunch of whiners! I have been using this salon for manicures and pedicures for almost 10 years. NEVER have I ever had bad service or a bad manicure. This business is a small family owned business and they work long hours sometimes staying long past their closing time. They are friendly and very accommodating and I enjoy my time there. The salon is clean, tools used are sanitized and towels are NOT reused. Everyone gets a clean towel. So, if you want it fast and cheap, remember you get what you pay for. Several people have com1 Q e in while I was there wanting them to repair or redo a bad manicure they got somewhere else. I came in here with high expectations. I had multiple people come up to me talking about how much cheaper it is in here than other nail shops in town and how you still get a fantastic manicure. I was intrigued. Nice manicure and cheap? What's not to love. I recruited a few girl friends and we went to enjoy ourself and have a girls day. We were lucky because when we got there there were two of three of the nail technicians in there who weren't working in anyone in the moment. Two of us wanted pedicures (me being one) and that started rift as we chose our colors. Let me just say the nail polish selection is nothing to be excited about. I'm guessing at some point it was nicer quality polish but I'm gonna go ahead and say if you were looking for opi or Essie you've come to the wrong place. My pedicure was done within a reasonable amount of time but it was strange, the nail technicians were playing like ring around the client. They kept switching up between the three of us depending on what service it was that we were looking for in terms of I wanted a solid color but my friend wanted a French pedicure. One person performed her pedicure and another person came and put the polish on. Super weird but I guess everyone has their strengths. This does make it impossible to know how to tip of you're tipping in cash. We then went for our manicures. I requested a hell and the other girls were getting acrylics done. Their nails came out fabulous, just the way that they wanted. I was also pretty impressed with my gel manicure, I got a French tip and they were beautiful. But I was my impressed with the manicure, I guess it's a different technique than I'm used to for getting rid of cuticles but it looked right in the moment. After three days of a GEL manicure, it started chipping off. And let me just tell you, it was only 5 dollars less expensive than where I normally go to get my nails done. Needless to say I will most likely not be coming back here to get my nails done. But I will come back to get my eyebrows waxed. That was phenomenal and it was much cheaper than where I usually go to get that done. Also, of you don't walk in when no one is working, be prepared to WAIT. Do not. I repeat DO NOT go to this nail salon!!! For starters they only have THREE workers. One worker only does feet. One worker only does nail polish and the other does everything else. With that being said.. THEY ARE VERY SLOW. They also can't offer you beyond the basic services. The polish selection is trash as well. Another reason why they honestly do not deserve any stars is because they are so EXPENSIVE. They charged me $55 for a acrylic fill in. All I got extra was gel polish. So, I decided to try out Jen Nails one day because why not. I did acrylic with gel polish and holy moly it was SO EXPENSIVE if i can remember it was about $80 just for that. The prices listed on their menu are NOT THE SAME. They just like to charge whatever they feel like charging you. After those acrylics JESUS CHRIST my nails were DESTROYEDDD. She filed them down so thin they were as thin as paper. I asked her to not continue filing them down but she didn't listen. Jen does a great job shaping the acrylics naturally but don't be fooled because your natural nails are going to be horrific after that. It has taken me about 3 months for my nails to fully recover.. Really sweet people but they just need to learn how to correctly do their job and how to CORRECTLY CHARGE PEOPLE! read more

Well.... I didn't think that the fact that it was empty was a clue but soon I found out when it was time to pay my bill the owner nickle and dime you for everything. Can't even explain how terrible this place is. They gave me gel nail colors, and did not tell me that one set was $40 yes $40 more than the other colors. I have never been to a dirtier or slower salon in my life. They had ONE set of tools that they used for everyone without cleaning them in between!! (Most nail salons put them in a sanitizer between uses, or use a brand new pair for each customer). The man who did my pedicure seemed like he had never been taught how. He used the same towel to dry my clean feet that he had just wiped the previous person's splashed dirty water off the table. I wanted a relaxing nail experience, but I couldn't enjoy it because of the unsanitary conditions. First, the front door looked terrible, dirty with nasty hand smudges & whatever else. The sitting area chairs are dirty & need to be replaced. I also noticed a lot of dirt & dust on the walls & floor. Then while at the nail chair the tech shook all of the shavings from my old gel nails in the air & all over the floor, it should have gone into the trash can. Again, I noticed a lot of dust on the walls. Then I noticed the lady doing pedicures & polish changes using the same foot towel on multiple clients Too many unsanitary practices for me. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Don't go in here. Ever. I had gotten acrylics put on at a (really upscale) salon 2 weeks prior, & I stopped in to Jen Nails to have them filled before a big job interview. The woman really didn't want to fill them, she wanted to replace them, & kept trying to convince me to replace them over & over & over. She kept trying to tell me they were too old, & were a poor quality, which certainly wasn't true. As she was smoothing them down she broke them off, so I'd have to replace them or remove them, & I'm SURE she did it on purpose. I was upset, but I didn't say anything, so I asked to have them removed. She scowled a little & moved on to another client, & made me wait for her husband to remove them. He tried to PLY THEM OFF by sliding a metal bar between the acrylic & my nail. It was painful & awkward & after a couple nails I had to ask him to stop. I requested to soak them off, & he wasn't happy to oblige. After it was taking a while to soak my acrylics off, he tried to SHAVE them off. He kept going & going & going until 90% of the thickness of my natural nail was gone. They're so thin that IT HURTS TO TOUCH THEM. I got 3 nails in & had to make him stop, again. I was really, really trying to be polite. Yet somehow asking him to stop offended him, he yelled something in a foreign language, & made me wait again, He finally sent their daughter over to inspect me. I was supposed to have them paint my nails, but I was annoyed. The damage was so severe that I left the remainder of the previous acrylics on, asked to pay, & left. PAPER THIN is thicker than what I was left with. IT HURTS TO TOUCH THEM. I'm afraid that my nails are going on fall off. I should have known better when I saw that their nail polish was LESS than drugstore quality. The only recognizable brand was OLD Avon polish. It was really tacky. All the equipment was old. & the entire time I was in there I didn't see anything get cleaned. I should've run far, far away. read more

I was referred here by an old friend. I got a really great gel manicure and pedicure but the service was horrible. So, went back a few weeks later because, well, I'll suffer as long as my nails look great. I go in there today and there's only 2 employees with 5 people waiting for mani/pedis, and the owner is extremely rude and just says "what do you want." So, I sit down and pick out a color. I know that the prices are brutal so I decide to see how much I'll be paying (I've paid $60 for a mani pedi with them). I can't see too well since I didn't have on my glasses, so I decide to take a photo of the price list on the wall so I can see how much I'll be paying. The owner says "yeah don't ever do that again." I was extremely shocked, and I told her she should behave kinder to people who pay her for services. I then left. I'll never go back again. I sent my daughters to get their nails done. They looked at the menu and choose their service. One was $28 and one $30. They tried to charge $25 additional for gel polish. Completely ridiculous to charge $78 for 2 people, one was a fill. In addition, they both said they burnt their fingers and made them bleed. Never again!!! read more
