While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

Seems leaving by closing time is more important than finishing a customer's service. Won't go back and told them so. Service was mid at best. Place was clean.

I had an appointment for a gel mani and pedi. Emma took care of the pedicure and she was great. A nice long extensive massage, now that part took place with the sugar scrub so it kind of hurt but also felt good if that makes sense. I think I would've preferred the longer massage with the lotion segment of the pedicure. Now onto the manicure, I think my tech's name was "Otis." He was good. Seemed thorough. Both the people I experienced took their time and did a fine job. I was also offered a beverage upon me taking my seat, which I always appreciate.
