While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. I've been doing acrylics for about 3 years now because I have very small natural nails. I'm usually so picky with what nails i really like and how much I'm going to spend on them, but these look just amazing. The service is great, super chill environment, and every employee is super helpful and easy to talk to. Definitely will be my go to salon until I graduate from FSU. Ignore my red cuticles, they kind of get like that the first day but it goes away very quickly!

Super, super nice people, but it was the worst manicure I've ever had. I wish I took a picture yesterday because I am not kidding that I had nail polish all over my fingers. I am not one to make a scene (some may say too nice) so paid the people and left but let me save you from spending the $15. Co-worker went with the fill and polish. Looked really great honestly, but less than 24-hours later it's chipping. Picture is of my manicure 1 day in. Looks very similar to when I attempt to paint my own nails and I have no talent.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I feel like they did a pretty good job. They don't have a TON of colors but you should be able to find something close to what your looking for. Two years ago I moved to Midtown but continued to make the drive to Bannerman. However, since my guy is no longer there, I decided to go to the Midtown location which is right around the corner.
