I LOVE THIS ICE CREAM PLACE!!! Unique flavors and every flavor tastes delicious. There waffle cones are the best I have every had. They are a tad savory I would say and the perfect amount of crunch which is great for how sweet the ice cream is! The two flavors I got were so yummy. Perfect balance too cause the darkest chocolate was still sweet but not as sweet as the gooey butter cake. They call them half scoops but they are definitely more like full scoops haha, so pricing is reasonable. They also offer full pints if you really like a flavor! Service wise they need more people haha. The line was out the door and I felt bad they only had two people that day! But it did give us enough time to check out the menu fully. Also they allow you to get samples of everything! This place is nice inside! Still seating available when packed, and seating outside. There are tons of shops around, other restaurants, and a movie theater! Huge parking area, with Tesla parking too of course lol. It's a really nice area. Of course I am coming back to try more flavors from this place, I am so excited!

Dined in and ordered the following: - 1 Signature Cup/Plate which comes with 3 flavorful scoops (we got the Coffee with Cream & Sugar, Brambleberry Crisp, and Hot Toddy) = $7.70 SUBTOTAL = $7.70 TAX = $0.73 TIP = $5 :) TOTAL = $13.43 Sooooooo delicious! Free samples are also available and all of these flavors are uniquely designed. 5/5 and would definitely go back to try out everything else! There's also a few seating areas inside too :)
The ice cream selection is good! I cannot eat ice cream because of my tummy but I tried a sample and they have very good ice cream! I purchased my sister some ice cream and she ordered the almond butter britte I believe it's called. It was only two scoops and it was near $8 dollars. But my sister said she was satisfied like I was with just a sample. The service is the motive behind the 5 stars. The employees was very amicable and patient. It was our first time trying and they let us know and try all the flavors we wanted to try! The ambiance is perfect and location! Right next to Barnes and Noble and much more! Lots of parking too! I will come back again when in the area to try the non-Diary options.

So happy that the service here is still friendly!! Last time I came here with my friend, tonight I came with my hubby. I still love the quality of their ice cream!! So nice and creamy. I did miss their Banana flavor ice cream. I guess they change their flavors around by Seasons.

Service seems to be hit or miss, but shoutout to the really friendly woman in a rainbow tshirt who had a good ice cream spirit and took the time to ask if there was a scoop order preference!

In a very positive way. :) I arrived a bit after they opened, and there were already people ahead of me. I decided to pass on the waffle cone experience as I would be driving (carefully). There were 2 employees present - one making the waffles and one ringing up the customers. They were friendly enough and I was able to enjoy a couple of samples of the ice cream. Definitely get a couple of bites! Their prices are a bit $$$$, but what with it being Calabasas and all, it's just to be expected. When I am in the area again I am sure I will give them another visit. Would recommend. Thanks!
Jeni's ice cream is really hard to beat. It is delicious and soooo hard to resist! The waffle cones are fresh, crisp and complement the ice cream perfectly. The store was pristine and the service prompt and friendly. Highly recommended- of course we will be back (again!).
It's so crazy how the line can be out the door and for a few short moments there's no line. I came on a Saturday night and I had the signature which comes with 3 flavors. I had the Gooey Butter Cake, Wildberry Lavender and Salted Peanut Butter with Fleeks. They are all really good. The lavender is for lavender fans and that's me. I really enjoyed the peanut butter as well. I wanted a waffle bowl/cone but they didn't have any when I came. Hopefully next time.
The Snow Cone sorbet was super refreshing ! It was my first time at Jeni's and I must say, the staff was super friendly. It's conveniently located in Calabasas Commons, right next to the Barnes and Noble. I def recommend and can see myself going back for more unique flavors :)

I had to check this place out after learning that President Joe Biden spent $10,000 on Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream as part of his 2020 campaign. Having been there twice, I see how this worked for his campaign, because their ice cream is really solid! It's creamy, not too dense, and the flavors really standout. The seasonal Lemon Crinkle and the Wildberry Lavender are my favorites. Compared to other big ice cream chains in the LA area, it's not as good as Salt and Straw in terms of quality and uniqueness of flavors. Quality is pretty on par with Wanderlust Creamery, and originality of flavors is similar to that of McConnell's Fine Ice Cream. read more

I love Jeni's! This is my second visit to Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, and I really enjoy this place. The Strawberry Milk flavor is amazing--it reminds me of Häagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream from my childhood, bringing back fond memories. The Fluffernutter Pie was my least favorite of the three; it was a bit too rich for my taste. The Lemon & Blueberries, however, was divine. The lemon flavor is quite strong, so a little goes a long way. The waffle cone was fantastic--soft yet sturdy, with a light and airy texture. Highly recommended. I also appreciate how they offer (generous) half scoops, allowing you to try more flavors, and the unlimited samples help with decision-making. The store has cute merchandise for sale and a delightful waffle cone aroma that greets you as you walk in. read more

I came here with my husband and daughter and we thought it was cute inside. My daughter instantly wanted to take a picture. I appreciate that they had vegan ice cream options so of course I got it the chocolate flavor. :) It's in the Calabasas Commons Shopping Center so there's plenty of parking. SO GOOD! SO CUTE! Omg I can't get over the presentation of the ice cream. Cute little waffle garnish in cardboard cups holding the cutest scoops. The inside is so pretty and aesthetic. Super clean! Staff were amazing and so patient. They welcomed us with great energy. They were so knowledgeable about the flavors. There was no wait on a weekday late afternoon. I ended up getting the blackout chocolate cake. Super decadent and rich chocolate. With gooey and chunky bits of brownies. If you love chocolate, then you will fall in love with this. One of the best flavors. I also got the coffee with cream and sugar and it satisfied my coffee addiction. It was not too overpowering which I appreciate in coffee based ice creams. Their brown butter almond brittle is also a classic and one of my favs as it is not too sweet and tastes exactly like brown butter!! The waffle itself was crisp and buttery. The best option by far! I've tried a few flavors here and always go back to bramble-berry. I think it's the "crisp" that makes this taste like ice cream pie. The location itself/the inside is like a typical ice cream shop, few tables and chairs for seatings. You are able to ask for tasters and the employees allow you to try as many as you want, which is always helpful. I feel like a lot of the flavors lean on the sweeter side, but there's always an option for everyone :) read more
Came here for the first time Friday night. The line was quite long and it doesn't move too fast mainly because service is great. The employees are extremely pleasant and patient. They allow you to try as many flavors as you like before purchasing. Although the service was excellent, not sure what the hype is with the ice cream. I didn't think the ice cream was that good. Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible but it definitely doesn't compare to Salt & Straw. Nevertheless, they do have a lot of unique flavors and the shop is cute. Mouthwatering Delectable Rich & Sweet Not sure there's enough words to describe this very delicious ice cream!!! Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is amazingly delicious! We looked for regular flavors found at most places but they are not your average and ordinary Ice Cream. They have very refreshing unique flavors that have you craving for more. And their buttercrisp waffle cones are ultra delicious. Highly recommended!! My absolute favorite ice cream is Bramble-berry Crisp!!! Brambleberry Crisp is like a slice of fresh berry pie mixed with a scoop vanilla ice cream in every bite. So beyond delicious!!! I had to buy a pint to go! I also like the Darkest Chocolate which is rich smooth chocolate ice cream. It's packed with so much real chocolate it's on a level of its own. Other family favorites: Lemon & Blueberries Parfait has a very fresh lemon taste with fresh berries. Very tasty!! My son really liked the Honey Vanilla Bean. Plain & Simple but their version is very rich and complex, with notes of amber, dried fruit, and butter cake. Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is located in the back corner of the Commons of Calabasas but it needs to be located on every Main St front & center of every city!! This ice cream opened up taste buds in my mouth I haven't felt in awhile. This is 1 of 31 locations in the USA and theres only 4 in California. Find the location near you on Jenis.com or just order online The sizes of the scoops are smaller than the average ice cream shop so there's an easy fix to getting your Jeni Fix .... order lots of scoops or a PINT to go! read more

What is it about Calabasas that everything is just... Better! The houses are bigger... The cars are faster... The celebrities are richer... The gas prices are higher... this is not better, but it's oh so true! And the Ice Cream @Jeni's Splendid Ice cream is... Indeed, Splendid! So I decided to look up the definition of "Splendid" to make sure I 100 percent agreed with what I just stated and here's what the Oxford Definition shows: Splen*did adjective Magnificent; very impressive. Well let me be the first to tell you this... They need to rewrite this so called "famous" Oxford dictionary (wink) and add a picture of Jeni's ice cream in a cup or cone and have it right next to the definition of Splendid because her ice cream is nothing, but Magnificent and Let me to tell you, I was Very, very Impressed. But all ice cream is the same right?... Wrong! This ice cream is so creamy, so velvety, so not what you get at the other premium Ice Cream shops that you can actually taste, feel and experience the difference. I know. I know. Now you're thinking Great, now I want some ice cream and I've gotta give this Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream a shot. Well, you know what to do... Get in your car, head to Calabasas and like Drake's debut studio album title, you can 'Thank me Later'. Just do me a favor and gas up your ride prior to heading over because you definitely do not want to gas up in Calabasas unless you are actually trying to Keep up with the Kardashians. ;) read more
