My husband and I came here for churros. Surprisingly, it was fairly good. I just wish they had more dipping sauce options. The last time I came here, the churro/ funnel cake wasn't the great so I was hesitant to come back, but it tasted pretty good and fresh this time around! I really love this place. They also have one in Northridge and they are both amazing facilities. Very high ceilings it truly lives up to the name "house". It is a little pricey but I guess with how big the desert it is worth it. I got the funnel cake Sunday and it was $12.75. I got vanilla ice cream in Oreo, ice cream, whip cream, and Nutella with powdered sugar. It was so delicious. I devoured this with my mom. Can't really see anyone finishing this themselves without being super overly stuffed but I got more than enough by sharing it and I would get it all over again. There is a big parking lot, but it is shared with other stores in the movie theater. Service: There's one person working here in about five guests but he was able to take care of us all equally in a timely manner. read more

The churro dough is what sets the churro apart from any other churro! The dough has flavor - rich and full of cinnamon flavor! and the churro ice cream tasted just like the churro! I'm a sucker for piping hot desserts with cold ice cream - by design, the churro sundae is a perfect combination. After enjoying a great date night with the wife, the best way to finish is with a dessert. The wife and I finished watching Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train, we went to grab a dessert. The convenience of this place is on point as it is right next to the AMC. As you walk in, you already are itching to see what flavor delights entertain your taste buds. The wife chose chocolate ice cream with two scoopes in a cup, while I chose the churro sundae. Both options were delicious and had a great flavor. The variety of other options at this location will not disappoint. Service is great as the staff will make sure your needs are met, and will answer any of your questions. Daaaang Daniel, back at it again with the great service and funnel cakes. Seriously though, Daniel was so nice and accommodating, and so upbeat with every customer! They make the stuff right in front of you so you can watch the process and pick your toppings. We got the funnel cake to go thinking we wouldn't be able to eat the whole thing.... we managed to polish it off in about 10 minutes. It was so delicious and such a great way to get some fair food without any fair around. Ive never been insulted by a business giving me food until this place handed me their "home made" ice cream sandwich. The cookies were rock hard, inedible, so we tried to just eat the ice cream. The chocolate icecream taste like they bought the cheapest cvs icecream you can find, and let it melt and refreeze 10 times before they sold it. I'm very confused by the experience, I really don't know how it could be that bad. read more

This was my first time visiting this place, I originally came in for a funnel cake, but immediately I switched over to the churro sundae. I instantly judged it because it was a little on the darker side so instantly I thought it was over cooked and going to be hard! Boy was I wrong and surprised! It was great it wasn't to hard or too soft, perfect texture between softness with a little crunch and the ice cream just gave it the extra taste! The service was quick and easy! I found this place when I stopped by to pick up Yogurt next door. I was excited to go in and order me a delicious funnel. This was NOT the case, here is why ... I decided to order a funnel w strawberry topping. It was made, and I was headed home. Get this.. I live 3 minutes away. As I take out the funnel out of the bag to enjoy, I dip into a bite of mushy, gooey, and drenched of a funnel cake. Not 1 crispy part. You should tell people or have a sign up that If you take your order home, you will have a horrible experience. If this was a $7 funnel cake, I'd let it go... but for $15+ dollars (w fruit) ... Hello "The Funnel House" folk in West Hills. Found you via "Yelp" search for "ice cream delivery". I called. I explained, I was trying to send a "treat" to a family of friends who weren't feeling well. "Mr AZ" was so kind, professional and helpful in making my request accomplished, despite ordering "directly". He shared your best sellers, (which I ordered), and walked me thru the app process. Smiles ensued. Delivery gal was also delightful. It's rare to find a young man at an ice cream shop so patient and lovely. I felt in my heart, necessary to see him recognized. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, I come here and order 6+ cookies but, god forbid I want cookies that haven't been sitting out in the open for hours. IM SORRY, I like fresh baked cookies. All employees here HATE using the oven apparently, I get the stink eye every time I ask to have them baked fresh. Service is always amazing even during busy hours. They offer free tasting with no limit, so you know you'll be happy with the flavor(s) you're getting. During my last visit, the server asked me if I had any food allergies, and I thought that was really cool and mindful of them. Some of the best funnel cake I've ever had. I thought it was quite pricey when I ordered, then once we received our order we saw the portion size. It was to much for one person and I couldn't finish it all. The customer service was also really nice considering we came in around 11:00pm. read more

I also emailed customer service and never received a response. Between receiving an underfilled dessert, a subpar cookie, and being completely ignored afterward, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with Crumbl. I expected much better quality and customer service.

That is a nice touch. So will Menchie's satisfy a craving? Somewhat. But it's not my first choice. It's just the most convenient one for me.

Their style is a little firmer on the outside with a delicious ashta interior and a fine sprinkle of pistachios. I'm so glad to find this!
