The technician was to hydro jet my tub which was plugged. Instead he said he found a leak in a common pipe. It wasn't until he put a bunch of holes in my wall did he find that there was no leak. Now I have a wall with a bunch of holes and my tub is still not draining. I would stay away from this company read more

The company that manages my condo complex paid this company to do whatever work they're doing & they've now shut the water off to the entire complex multiple times. After hearing a resident complaining to the folks wearing shirts with this company's logo on them, I overheard the group of "plumbers" saying that they'll "make sure his plumbing goes down instead of up" while also using extremely unprofessional language for the entirety of their time in my complex. I wanted to edit my Google review because of the few images that are on their Google business listing, one of them had one of the 'plumbers' that I recognized and affectionately referred to as "the bald guy". Fast forward a week after I left that review and bald guy is now named PHIL (making sure that EVERYONE knows his name) and he likes to passive-aggresively confront patrons about reviews online. High rise condo!!! ** I'm always skeptical of companies when I need something serviced but Jenni Plumber went above and beyond! From the receptionist, Sammy, our interactions were nothing short of spectacular. She was very professional and went above and beyond to get us in days before our scheduled appointment. Our plumber Sam was amazing!! He was so personable and made our experience pain free. He explained everything in great detail and was able to complete all the drains in our unit much quicker than I ever imagined. Our kitchen sink drains like never before. I had a job that needed to be done quickly. It was in a condo so I had to give notice to the other residents 48 hours in advance that the water would be shut off. I thought they would come prepared the first day to fix it as I had described the problem and told them it was urgent. I had to reschedule and once again give 48 hours notice before any work was done. I got a call the morning of the appointment that the plumber was sick and I had to reschedule again. They were not helpful on the phone at all to try and get someone else out since they knew I had time constraints. I would not recommend them unless time is not an issue and you don't mind being rescheduled. I cannot review the actual work they do because I did not reschedule for a third time with them. I called another plumber who communicated much better and got the job done with last minute notice. read more

Well I have to say I'm extremely upset. The guy they sent to fix my toilet, stole my wife's diamond earrings. I know it was him. We haven't had people over to our house in 6 years. I guess I should of sat in the bathroom with him while he was repairing it. He did a great job on the toilet, but my wife's aunt gave those earrings to her, and she has sense passed. God will get you for that. PS: I have tried reaching out to Jenni the owner but she apparently does not seem to care, as I can not get her to return my phone calls, while she has other employees answer the phone and dodge talking to be about the situation. Avoid this business unless you want your stuff to go missing. This is a real problem and I'm starting to think maybe the owner got a cut. Why else would she avoid talking to me about the incident? The first time they were sent because I was so frustrated with the incompetant plumber the HOA had been sending that I refused to allow them back. I told the HOA bring me a smart plumber or don't bring me any. That is when Jenni Plumber came into my life. There plumber solved the problem and followed up. This is place is a joke! My neighbor calls you out here to do something with their plumbing twice and TWICE now when you leave I am left with ZERO hot water or water pressure! Tech is out by the valves I walk inside check my water it's hot... tech leaves not even 5 min later I have no hot water. I call minutes after they left to get some help so my family can bathe and I am met with a rude girl on the phone that actually wanted to charge me to send someone out to come fix what they messed up! Also she refused to let me talk with anyone else! I didn't even call for your services in the first place!!!!! My water was working perfectly before you touched it! Please oh please explain how one min I have hot water and then magically after I do not??? How in the hell can a company actually leave children with no hot water for showers and baths! Horrible business and plan on contacting BBB! Also the response is bogus it was not just photographing. We had to walk out and turn our valves again and got hot water back once my boyfriend got home. It's the fact that you lie and say someone else did it messing around with the valves, but only your tech was down there. It worked when I came home and he was crouched down around the valves, which are right next to my front door so I saw clear as day. Then minutes after he leaves it's not working. Stop trying to pass off the blame. It's called customer service correct response would've been "oh I'm so sorry my tech says he didn't touch anything but you know maybe something was turned on accident since he was there just 5 min ago" instead of trying to charge someone for your mistake. read more

Even so, I called again early this morning for help on another issue...the very unconcerned young lady on the phone told me all the plumbers were out...when I called back at the end of the day (since I had no return call to schedule an appointment) - I asked if they had more business than they could handle and the same young lady arrogantly responded "Yeah, we sure do!" - so I am going somewhere where my business and referrals will be appreciated. read more

Very happy with the service I received from Jenni Plumber. The person who initially took my call was very polite and thorough ( she had me send pictures of the toilet ahead of time to make sure the technician would have the correct parts on the truck for the brand of toilet I had) The technician, Sam, was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, fixed the problem! We have a basement and as such, have a sump pump. What we initially thought was a toilet problem ( innards of toilet/wax seal did need to be replaced) turned out to be related to the sump pump. Sam was able to fix everything, most plumbers out here have never worked on a sump pump before because there are not many basements here in our area. I was told by another plumbing company in Las Vegas that I would need to re-plumb my entire home due to my old pipes. I was completely overwhelmed. My HOA company recommended Jenni Plumber because they were our community's plumber and did great work! I called and spoke to Sammie who was kind, understood my plumbing issue and the stress I was feeling. She was able to schedule a wonderful tech by the name of Pat the same day of my call! Just want to say they are way overpriced got charged 309 for a three way tee and about 3 feet of pipe and about an hr of work plus the Plummer put a whole in the ceiling called to see if they were going to repair it and instead they said that I was going to have to replace it so pretty much who gives a shit not there problem plus the plumber said he didn't step on it when I was right there in the room when it happened wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone I know mistakes happen but to just not give a f is bad service read more

Phil from Jenni Plumber came promptly for his appointment. The appointment was easy to get and made the day before his visit. I'm selling my home so had a number of little things that needed to be fixed. Phil set right to work, fixed 9 little issues in about an hour and a half. He was pleasant and kind and efficient. He has to come back next week to put 2 new faucet sets in the master bath which I ordered from Amazon. I will welcome him and the company with perfect confidence. Save yourself the trouble and hire a licensed plumber! I am fairly confident with most DIY projects, but I about flooded my house when I attempted to replace a faucet without realizing the hot water valve was broke. The water shot out of the faucet and probably emptied 20 gallons of water on to my floor before I could direct the water toward the bathtub. I called Jennie plumber and they were out to the house in about 15 minutes, had the water shut off outside and helped me remedy the problem. The crazy thing was I had them out earlier in the day, but thought I could handle this project myself. read more

We've used them three times now. The first two times weren't emergencies, so we scheduled visits the next day, and each time the technician would call and give us a 30 minutes heads up on arrival, and always within the allotted time frame we were told to expect them. When we did have an issue that needed to be fixed asap, while another company told us to wait until next week (what?! right?) Jenni Plumber said they were sure they could send someone later that day, and they did, of course with a call letting us know someone was coming. This, and the wonderful receptionist service on the phone, make dealing with them so much more pleasant. As for the plumbers themselves, they were always very nice and courteous and were very knowledgeable about what the problems were, possible solutions, as well as just information on how things work (always curious, so was bombarding them with questions.) I could not recommend Jenni Plumber more to another person. read more

Bad customer service. Had them replace my shut off valve. They also shut off irrigation valve at same time and never turned irrigation back on. I noticed plants dying so I thought my timer was broken. Had to buy new one and have my landscaper install. Come to find out when new one installed there was no water. Plumber never turned back on. Cost me $75 to replace timer and labor to do it. Tried to file claim to get some of my original $575 back due to plumbers incompetence. They claim no responsibility. DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I moved into a new condo this fall and the toilet in the guest bathroom was clogged. I called the plumber from my home warranty and he said the toilet would have to be removed from the floor to clear up the clog, however, his company did not meet my buildings strict insurance requirements so he was unable to perform the work. I called Jenni plumber to unclog the toilet. They sent a plumber who snaked it quickly and said the clog was relieved. I told him that the other plumber said the toilet would have to be taken off the floor to relieve the clog and he said it looked good to him and CHARGED ME THE 2 HOUR MINIMUM FOR 10 MINUTES OF WORK. Of course I asked him if the toilet continued to clog up, would he come back out and fix it without charging me again and he said yes. Fast forward two months (I never use the guest bathroom so didn't realize the issue until I had guests visiting) but the toilet continued to back up. I decided to just go ahead and replace both toilets in my unit, figuring this was the only way to get a plumber to take the old toilet off the floor. I called Jenni plumber again and told them the issue with the clog, and that they came out already to clear out the clog but it was still backing up. Jenni plumber sent a plumber out to replace the toilets - it took him 2 HOURS to clear up the clog and 2 HOURS to replace both toilets. My boyfriend was home during that time and claimed that the plumber insisted he pay him for all 4 HOURS of work (even though Jenni plumber had always sent me an invoice and requested payment after the work was done) so my boyfriend paid him. I CALLED JENNI PLUMBER A FEW DAYS LATER TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT I WANTED 2 HOURS REFUNDED BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID THEM FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK TO UNCLOG MY TOILET WHEN IN FACT THE FIRST PLUMBER NEVER UNCLOGGED MY TOILET. THEY WERE IMPOSSIBLE. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK. HE DID ONCE AND I MISSED HIS CALL. HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT 6 MORE TIMES BEFORE I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF HIM. Then he tells me that his notes said that the master bathroom was the one that took 2 hours to unclog, but my boyfriend was home the entire time and said the plumber spent 2 hours unclogging the one that was clogged in the guest bathroom. I use Jenni Plumbing for my real estate company. Today 9:30 p.m. all the bathtubs and showers backup up with sewage at my own house. I called their dispatch at 8:00 pm and John was here in 30 minutes spent about 45 minutes snaked out the front sewer line and all is back to normal. Excellent service for our home. We suspected a problem with our sewer drainage but Sean found it was just a clogged bathtub. They cleared it out and cleaned up afterward so the area looked better than when they arrived. They explained in detail what they'd done and answered some other questions we had. Excellent work and very nice workers. Would not hesitate to recommend them. This company has also done some street leak repairs in our gated community in recent months. Even tho they notified us that the water could be shut off anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, the actual shutoff time was minimal, so very little inconvenience for the residents. And they did an amazing job of cleaning up the work area. Their bid also included paving over the hole they had had to dig out. That was done quickly after the plumbing work was completed and they did a very professional job on that too. read more

In their wedside they point out "emergency..24 hr .." ..we called on a Friday around 10 am..we reiceved the service the following Monday around 11 am Sam replaced our water heater..the tech was very polite and nice. I believe the cost of the replacement was high but ,being without hot water so long was a pain and we let him proceed.. The bad rating is for their absolutely dishonesty about the City permit required . They charge a straight $200 fee without advising you that the real cost of the permit is only $41..I believe without mentioning the cost of the water heater alone almost $600..not really a name brand..all the parts..2.60 hrs with an extra of $9 for the first hr..labor costs $254.80+9. ..for a total of $1,079.96 was already including a good profit for the company..they didn't need to make it 1,279.96 for that permit costing only $41. If we were told before the installation that $ 200 was not going to be entirely for City fees we would have gladly looked for another plumber. We called the office during the installation they still only mentioned the entire $200 as a permit fees ..on the invoice appears entirely as permit fees..only when we were able to talk to the Building and Fire office we learned the truth. We called back again the Jenni plumber office they finally admit what they intentionally omit to say. We mention to them this is a fraud..the head manager hang up the phone on us .. No transparency..no office customers service..greedy company..I hope nobody else have to spend this much money for that Permit... read more
