First time here, I was taken to a large shared room with 10+ beds, just be aware this isn't a…read moreprivate setting. The lighting and music were nice, but a ticking clock next to me made it hard to relax. During the service, multiple staff rotated in and out, I had three different people massaging me. The massage felt too rough and overall chaotic rather than calming. I was asked to pay before the service, and when I tipped 15% at the end, the therapist seemed disappointed. Everyone was very nice, but the experience was not relaxing and left me disappointed.

For a one hour massage that has been $65.00 cash or $70.00 credit card. I said "what's this? You made a mistake." She said " it's New Yeas Eve and we need to pay the rent". What? So that makes it ok to make up your price after people show up for a scheduled appointment? She said nothing on the phone about a surcharge. She waited until I arrived and then just charged my credit card more! And to add insult to injury, the masseuse only did my backside. Although I keep saying I need to turn over she kept pushing me down on the table. When I finally turned over she said "your time's up" and pointed to the clock. Also, I've noticed the masseuse(s) have been getting rougher and this time I had to tell this one (LuLu) five times to lighten up, not so rough, not so hard, etc... she kept applying pressure to my lower back and hip "bones", not the muscles. As if she was trying to hurt me. Really hard. And I now have a big bruise on my right inside elbow/arm where she pushed too hard. I'm in my late 60's. Someone can really hurt you if they push too hard. Even break or fracture a bone. Be careful of these masseuses. The hell with this business. I've been coming there for years and this is how they NOW treat me - a regular good customers. This business has bad business practices, unethical behavior, bad customer service, and is not giving customers what they paid for "a full body massage", not just a backside massage. There are a lot of massage parlors out there! If customers are going to pay full body massage rates, then we will go to a real spa facility and get a "real" trained and certify masseuse! I will not be going back. They have lost my business! Be careful if you go there.

Zero complaints. They have helped me successfully by reducing my numb arm/nerve issues by almost 100 percent. I've tried one male on a chair, and 3 females, mercy, Nancy, and carrie. My husband and I will be forever customers now. We both love massages and he's on board with me about this place.

The massage itself was okay, but I was disappointed overall. I spent a lot of time reading reviews…read moreabout this place because I appreciated the honest feedback about the masseuses. Based on those reviews, I carefully selected the masseuse I thought would work best for my shoulder tension and knots. Unfortunately, I did not get the person I originally booked, and no one informed me of the change beforehand. The same thing happened to my friend as well. Additionally, during the check-in process, the front desk never gave me a card or questionnaire to fill out regarding the focus areas for my massage. Since this was both my friend's and my first experience here, I expected better communication and a more thorough process. Instead, the experience left me disappointed and a bit shaken. Another awkward part of the experience was the checkout process. At the end of the session, they wait for you at the front desk expecting a tip. Of course I planned to tip, but the pressure and expectation made the experience uncomfortable. One especially odd part of the Signature Massage was that the masseuse inserted her fingers into both of my ear canals without warning. I was completely caught off guard and really disliked that part of the service.
