Even after changing my mind, I had to repeat myself multiple times. The technician was rough during the service and became rude after I no longer wanted the French tip. At one point, she told me I didn't have to pay. I still offered to pay, but she made a scene in front of other customers and then said, "Something must be wrong with you today." That is not acceptable customer service, especially toward someone who simply came in to relax, treat themselves, and enjoy a pedicure.
