They were so easy to work with, extremely organized - which is awesome for a bride who had no idea what she was doing, prompt with all communication and top notch in everything they did. Their facilities are something to see! From the beautiful offices to the showroom and in-house flower room, they do everything there and everything fresh. We were so impressed. The day of the wedding, while we were off at the church and taking pictures, they were up bright and early making everything perfect at the venue. So many compliments on our decorations. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome and taken care of. Although I'm sure all of their stylists are wonderful, I was incredibly lucky to work with Isabel, and I truly cannot give her enough praise. She was absolutely incredible. Isabel was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the gowns--fabric, designers, styles, silhouettes, details--you name it. She answered every question we had and made me feel reassured and completely comfortable, more than any other shop I visited (and I visited a good few!). One thing I loved was how personal the experience felt. During my first consultation, Isabel asked about my (then) fiancé, how we met, and details about our wedding day. It truly felt like they cared about me and wanted to get to know my story. I honestly felt like I became friends with them! There was never an ounce of pressure. In fact, it was the opposite--they respected when I needed time to think and never made me feel rushed or questioned my decisions. It was such a refreshing, positive experience. This shop--and especially Isabel--is genuinely at the very top of my list of wedding vendors. I've been excited to write this review since the day I bought my dress! It was so much fun to sit at the mini bar and munch on appetizers while making our candles. The staff was awesome and helped each of us through each step, which was lots of work for such a large group! They took the time to help us mix and choose our scents and the candles smell awesome! The only problem occurred after we got our candles home and started to burn them. We paid extra to get the Fire Glass/Crystal candles. When we finished they were gorgeous! But once got home and we lit our candles, the Fire Glass started sinking into the wax. After blowing out the candle and it cooled, you could no longer see the Fire Glass! The only way to see it is to light it again, but it no longer sparkles like it did when we first made the candle. This is such a disappointment! We all wish that they had let us know this would happen, before we all paid the extra $$ for the Fire Glass!

They had a wide variety of price points. Some dresses you could take home and others you had to order. The floor space itself is very elegant. Sarah was our consultant and she did a fabulous job! She had read my preferences ahead of time and was fully prepared for the appointment to make recommendations. While Sarah did have a dress lined up for me to try on, I did like the fact that she let me go through the racks myself to look at the dresses as opposed to just selecting a bunch of dresses for me all on her own. I walked into the store, described to Kristy the type of gown I was looking for, and she showed me a couple that were right on point. I found my dress that afternoon. From there, I needed some alterations - I was buying the gown off the rack because we had a short time frame - and the seamstress was amazing - she made the dress fit me perfectly - it was such a smooth and stress free experience from start to finish and the gown was gorgeous. We just received our dresses last Tuesday, July 28th after I called inquiring had the dresses arrived. I understood that COVID changed a lot of things but lack of communication shouldn't be one. Fast forward to now, 3 out of 4 of my dresses have issues. I called the same evening I picked up the dresses and left a voicemail. I received a return call the next day from one of the sales associates. She took my concerns and was supposed to turn them over to the owner, JuneRachael who had been present during the initial fitting. I received two more calls, from sales associates never June. One associate who hasn't been at the shop during the numerous times there was issues. Who told me herself in April, she was no longer at the shop. The sales associates and June's response that I received today via e-mail, after I emailed her was to proceed with alterations. That the dresses were ordered true to size. The lack of concern and communication is pathetic. I regret deciding to go with the shop for thee most important day of my life. Oh did I mention, the wedding date is 8/16/20 Pictures speak for themselves....maybe bridal dresses are treated differently than bridesmaids dresses. Over $900 between 4 dress..
