We decided to replace the toilet instead and Jeremiah went to pick up a new unit from Home Depot. He replaced the toilet for $690 and drywall for $400. He kept the place nice and clean afterwards. Oh he also fixed our kitchen sink disposer that was recently replaced by another plumber but started leaking within 6 months. The initial plumber did a poor install. We were running out of storage space after having our second kid so we wanted to build an attic space that would act as additional storage.
