My family and I have been here a few times already. It says a lot about a business that has returning customers. We're one of many I bet. We've only done the drive thru at this location. The customer service is pretty good from the drive thru. I don't know the inside ambiance but the outside seating is always appears pretty clean. The portion of a small soft ice cream is rather generous. I wish I can say the same for their small portion of Italian ice cream but that won't be case here. Nevertheless, they have an array of delicious flavors you can choose from or build your own. They were having a special on their coupons like a BOGO. Jeremiah's Italian Ice uses a frog as its mascot. Way to incorporate your favorite song into your store? The store I went in to was clean, well lit and small at the same time. There was about 6 or so tables for people to sit at, and one long counter where you order your ice cream and then pick it up. From what I've heard, this location is usually so busy, you can barely get into the building. If the drive through line was the proof, I can see why. Unfortunately, the inside didn't have that many patrons at the time I walked in. There is a reader board of all the specials and offerings you can choose from. They allow for samples so you know what you're about to "leap" in to. All cup sizes are based on frogs, keeping the theme (or you can go cone if you want, but there's no frog size). There can be an expansive list of flavors for everything, but you're limited with the ice cream (vanilla or chocolate. Swirl too). Italian ice and gelati (both have the long list of flavors that are mixed with one of the two flavors of ice cream. Add layered cookies (your choice, for an extra cost) and you got yourself something pretty cool. The day I went, 4 medium concoctions were made: a plain old vanilla ice cream with no toppings, a swirl with Oreos, a vanilla with Oreos, and finally a pumpkin pie (pumpkin Italian ice mixed with vanilla ice cream and Biscoff's cookies). If you're going to try something new, why get something original / plain? The vanilla people like their ice cream and the pumpkin pie was interesting. It's not bad but it wasn't something to run out and buy again. It was good enough to try once and perhaps lead to trying something else in the future. As it was a seasonal mix, there's always room for another variety later on. Especially if the place is always packed, they must be doing something pretty amazing. I would go back, but I don't know if I'd get a mix. Maybe I'd try an Italian ice with nothing else - no add ons. Who knows. Time will tell! read more

I am addicted to Jeremiah's! The Italian ice here is delicious with a very smooth consistency. I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like! The owners are great and invested in the community, which goes a long way in my book. They provide coupons to local schools to give students as treats. My favorite flavors are sour apple, cherry, and black cherry. I do wish it had fruit chucks in some of the flavors. They also give you pup cups for your dogs, and our fur children love Jeremiah's as much as I do! You can get peanut butter, vanilla soft serve, or a gelati of both in a small condiment sized cup for your furry family member. I sometimes buy extras to bring home and keep in my freezer! The lines are often long and can be slow moving, especially the drive thru. I also wish the inside was bigger and had more seating. read more

If you like soft serve ice cream and/or Italian ice this the place for you. With a whole board of Italian ice flavors to choose from, anyone should be able to find something they like. Free samples are offered to help you decide. The texture of the ice is smooth akin to gelato. If Italian ice isn't for you the taste and texture of the soft serve is reminiscent of Mr Softee. Not many flavors are available -classic vanilla, chocolate or both. The gelati is a layering of both the ice and soft serve. For me I would prefer the ratio to include a higher percentage of the soft serve. read more

First time at Jeremiah's. This is creamiest and softest soft served ice cream. I'm sorry to say but it's better than Rita's. There was a line on a Sunday afternoon and took about 10 minutes. I am a big fan of Jeremiah's going back to their Bradenton location. We were so excited when they opened the new location by us recently, but honestly after several tries, we will not likely return soon. The product is great, but the service at this location is so extremely slow and there is no hustle or sense of urgency from the staff to keep things moving. We waited 45 minutes in line last night and watched many walk in only to walk back out after observing that the line wasn't moving. We have had similar problems on our prior two visits both ordering inside and going through the drive thru. Something is off at this new location, and hopefully they can get it resolved before they lose their customer base here. read more

My 11-year old said his Pnutty and Chocolate gelati was off the bussin' scale (that means it was really good!). My parents in their 60's, my husband, and my five year old daughter and I also all really enjoyed our treats. The guy who helped us at the counter was awesome, too. We will be back! read more
