Oh this place is absolutely amazingly the place to be for your sweet tooth dreams. Although this was my very first time here it surely won't be my last time. I appreciate that the staff was so nice and was able to explain to me how to choose and order the best ice for my taste buds. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and it was the best lil treat of the summer! I enjoyed eating it eight outside at the umbrella picnic tables. I was greeted upon entry. I advised that I wanted the biscoff cookie crumbles and I wasn't sure what I should order. I was given a few recommendations and decided to go with the Cookie Butter italian Ice, Vanilla Soft Ice Cream and Cookie Butter Crumbles. I got the small and as you can see if was enough. It was soo good! The soft serve was super creamy the cookie butter crumbles and the Italian ice gave me just the flavor I was looking for and I will definitely return. I sat in and enjoyed my treat! One of our Jelati had hair in the cup. We tried calling the store the phone was off the hook, so we go in the store and the three young ladies there didn't acknowledge me. About 2-3 minutes later we were greeted, I explained about the hair and that I just wanted a refund for that one. I was told because the order was placed online the whole order need to be canceled and refunded and l could pay for the ones we ate. No problem except it been 3 business days no call or communication as to about my order or refund. read more

Jeremiah's is located in the former froyo spot in the Bed Bath & Beyond shopping center. The friendly staff explained all the options and flavors. They offered us samples of their 20+ flavors. My son selected the spicy hot chocolate and I got the gingerbread. These were so good, like addicting good! Can't wait for the Christmas season to have the gingerbread again. You can get Italian ice by itself or layered with soft serve ice cream. There are mix-ins as well. Some flavors are always offered with rotating favorites and seasonal flavors. I've had the blueberry limeade and horchata which were delicious too! There's a rewards program and a drive-thru window. read more

Savannah has been missing something like this. Jeremiah's Italian Ice is the perfect refreshing treat for these hot Savannah days. There are a ton of flavors to choose from and there are special "rotating" flavors daily. I enjoyed the Mango "Gelati" which is their soft serve swirled in with their Italian ice. I highly recommend this combo. They also have outdoor seating and is pet friendly!!! Our puppy enjoyed a "pup cup" that consisted of a scoop of P-Nutty flavor ice and a dollop of vanilla soft serve. I'm hooked! First had Jeremiah's in Florida, where it started. I'm not normally a flavored ice fan. But! The Gelati is the way. to. good. It's a combo of flavored ice and soft serve ice cream, layered in a cup. My favorite combo is vanilla soft serve with cookie butter and cookies & cream. Yum, drooling just thinking about it... They started offering layer ins, which are added toppings. Think Oreo crumbs and chocolate chips. IMO they aren't needed. Save that for the ice cream parlors. I'll jump on the bandwagon now, what a nice little place... ...There's really not much more to say than what most people say about this place. It's clean, the serving sizes are more than what you would expect (next time I'm just getting a small!) and the service was super friendly and efficient. As busy as they were I was pleased to see my server asked if I had ever been to a Jeremiah's before, and I had not. So she took the time to walk me through and I was very appreciative for it. If you've never had Italian Ice, there's is good - not too sweet, not too "snowcone-ish", it's just right and if you get it as a gelato, you will not be disappointed - trust me. read more

Took my niece and nephew here and absolutely love it!!! The combination of vanilla ice cream and gelato is DELICIOUS!!! I don't know how I'm just finding out about this place!! And the fact they have an app where you can get points and a DRIVE THROUGH!?! How can you drive by without stopping by!?! I have been wanting to try this place since reading about it a few weeks ago and Jeremiah's did not disappoint! The restaurant is clean on the inside and out with friendly and quick serving staff. I'm sooo happy Italian Ice has opened in town! They have tons of flavors! They are happy to let you sample any of them and honestly you cant go wrong with most of them. The biggest surprise to me was cotton candy.. usually it's so artificial tasting and way to sweet but here they have done it just right! I also love their pina colada and mango too! The prices are too good to be true and when you sign up for the rewards you get tons of perks! Takes no time to start reaping the benefits. Get the gelati. It's their Italian ice layered with soft serve ice cream. Absolutely delicious. I had their mango gelati and my husband their peach gelati. There are many Italian ice flavors to choose from, and the option of chocolate or vanilla soft serve. A delicious snack when you are craving something sweet. Happiness in life is largely a function of expectations versus one's perception of reality. Having been to Italy, and sampled Italian ice, I can tell you for certain, what Jeremiah's serves, isn't worthy of the name. The real thing has a creamy texture, intensely flavored, and as such, is served in tiny cups. By contrast, Jeremiah's goes for quantity. Their "ice" does not even rise to the level of a good snow cone. Almost no flavor - with a couple of exceptions - such as the peanut butter flavor. And adding things, which the encourage, quickly runs up the cost. So adding for a great treat leads to a high cost for a middling product: recipe for disappointment. And we were. It's wet, cold, and if you add the soft ice cream - sweet. I suspect this a better treat for summer, when the cold matters more than the taste. Nothing to write home about. read more

Found this location via the internet went and tried it and I've been back at least once a week since. The pumpkin pie gelati was delicious. I've also tried the cookie batter gelati and cookies and cream ice all delicious will have to try the cookies and cream gelati next time. I ran to Yelp and discovered Vampire Penguin. It's very spacious and contains high top tables, a few arm chairs and a sofa. I can definitely see people hanging out and enjoying their snow. On to the best part...this is not your traditional ice cream, it's more like shaved flavored snow. Super cute concept and very refreshing on a hot summer day. I got the Ube and coconut. It was really tasty and came with fruity pebbles topping. I definitely saw a few more flavors I'd like to try one day. If you're looking for a unique chilled treat, check out this place. I set my eyes on the smores snow with her calling back to another employee in the back my order. They quickly prepared my order and even offered me a free drink.
