It was pretty busy when I went which felt like a good sign. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and made us feel welcome, encouraging us to sample different flavors. I ended up choosing half rocky road gelato and half banana. I really liked the rocky road and the banana was pretty good too. I also ordered a Wildcat brownie, which was really cool. It had the U of A Wildcat logo dusted on top with powdered sugar. Overall, it's a fun spot near campus and definitely worth checking out.

Students camped out with laptops so all tables were taken. At one point while we are there someone from a different tea place came in took a table with outside drinks and didn't even order anything. Just used it for the WiFi for their laptop. Disappointing they don't regulate for actual customers. Sour taste for sure of this experience.

I parked in front of the store and unloaded all 30 gallons into my small camping wagon. The storefront has large windows all around, so the staff could clearly see me unloading the entire order. Only after I had finished and was about to bring everything inside did an employee, a young blond man, come out and tell me they wanted the delivery brought to the back instead. A simple heads-up at the beginning would have saved a lot of unnecessary work. Instead, I had to haul the entire load around the building after already unloading it. To top it off, the tip was just $1. Delivery drivers work hard, often in extreme Arizona heat while handling heavy loads. A little communication and basic consideration go a long way. Based on this experience, I won't be accepting deliveries to this business again.

They used to advertise that their dairy came from grass-fed cows, but that stopped a few years ago so I'm guessing that is no longer the case. While that's what caught my attention and actually got me in the door, I've stayed a customer because they do mention that their dairy comes from cows that have not been given antibiotics or hormones. So for those who pay attention to such things, take note! This locations is pretty small but I do like that they have just a couple of outdoor tables with chairs so that I can sit outside when it's nice weather.
