My go to is the build your own bowl and I have a variety of different meats and sides you can pick from. In my instance, my two preferences weren't available, but you can't miss with any of them. I got the jerk chicken and I chose all of my sides to pair well with it. I got the rice with beans spring salad, sweet plantains and the slaw. I had a tiny issue with my order, but they handled it quickly and we're super kind. The people that owned the space are so friendly and you can feel the love. In total with tip it was around $20. But if you're not super hungry, it can easily be two meals. The entire place is always spotless clean. They have seating while you wait and a great menu! How makes it easy to figure out what you want, but that won't be an issue because you'll probably love everything there. The reason I go back is they have so many different options and combinations you can make that it's virtually endless. This food Hall is a gem and kayos is definitely worth a try! Dig in!

The potato and channa was yum, well-seasoned. The pepper sauce was everything I needed. Now for the roti itself. If you're accustomed to a good dhalpuri or buss up shut, this one might leave you wanting a little more. It wasn't bad, but it lacked that soft, delicate, flaky texture. The filling was carrying the meal more than the roti did. Overall though, I appreciated finally finding a place in Florida serving Trini food that actually tastes like somebody put some love into it. It's hard to come by down here. While the roti wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, the potato and channa definitely satisfied the craving and I'd still come back to get some other fixes.

If you're sitting inside, the caller is hard to hear because the music continues to play, so you end up asking for numbers to be repeated. Overall, the whole experience felt unorganized.
