If you're accustomed to a good dhalpuri or buss up shut, this one might leave you wanting a little more. It wasn't bad, but it lacked that soft, delicate, flaky texture. The filling was carrying the meal more than the roti did. Overall though, I appreciated finally finding a place in Florida serving Trini food that actually tastes like somebody put some love into it. It's hard to come by down here. While the roti wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, the potato and channa definitely satisfied the craving and I'd still come back to get some other fixes.

Unfortunately, great food can't make up for nonexistent customer service. If management doesn't prioritize hiring and training staff who understand the basics of hospitality, this business won't keep customers coming back.
