Raphael is wonderful and knowledgeable. We recently started using their Southern Biscuit flour that they mill on site and I am telling you, they are the best biscuits I have ever baked. I can hardly wait until they open the new location in Brentwood, TN. As an added observation on my part, people are becoming more aware of issues when making purchases at big box grocery stores.
