They also somehow missed a nail in my tire, even though I'd been having to constantly top it off because it was losing air. Then their dude did a one half ass hour look into it , told me it was done. I picked up my car after being 2 weeks at the shop, one hour to look at it , nothin wrong with it. Come n get it. Som bichin tire cracked off the arm ON THE WAY HOME!!! almost crashed. People pulled over to check on me. It was Trump/ Bidens 3rd debate that night. cold as f. dark . I waited 3 hours for a tow. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem. Otherwise id have to pay a huge amount ....and i appreciated that. Until my tire cracked off in heavy traffic at 430pm on Darrow Rd.

The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

I had been told by another auto center that I needed a new part that cost $13, however, to replace the part, they said they had to remove the engine to get to it. Estimate was $1000. It was an oil drain plug. I was skeptical, so I went to Diefendorff for a second opinion. Diefendorff called about 2 hours later saying it was fixed and the grand total was $25. Small oil leak is no longer and it didn't cost $1000. Wish I had just gone to Diefendorff first.

Instead of providing an estimate, a mechanic hijacked my car and began violently smashing my suspension with a sledgehammer and I was informed I have fresh torch marks on my suspension n looked like someone put a new axel on car without my knowledge I specifically told Steve n the two women in front office and the mechanic several times I was there for an estimate only they all continued to ignore me it was absolutely rotten I was only there for an estimate n now my car is completely inoperable. I was told I have two bent tie rods leaking bushings That mechanic has rendering my steering completely unsafe and the vehicle entirely inoperable. Shockingly, they let me drive out of the shop in this lethal condition, completely endangering my life.
