This was the perfect surprise! I am from NJ and here for a conference. My best friend reached out and had a great experience working with Mary to get this to me at the Marriott upon check in. This was a perfect treat to eat! Even better since I didn't have lunch traveling across the country. The set up is beautiful. The cheeses are tasty, the dip, yummy! All the sweet, salty and savory items were on par! I loved the little bagel chip and crackers as well. So good!!!

Once again, I'm happy to report that Yelp has not let me down! I had struggled on thinking of a perfect gift to give my son & his wife for their anniversary. I didn't want to send flowers or a plant since they have cats might try to nibble on them, and I didn't want to just get a gift card, which seemed like I didn't put much effort into the gift -- I had considered cookies or a fruit arrangement, but then thought of a charcuterie board which would have a variety of goodies. We'll, thanks to Yelp, I found 'On Board'. I called on Friday and spoke with Mary - and I explained that I needed a snack tray but with a quick turnaround (*I wanted to give it the next day). Not only did Mary say she could do it, I changed the order to a heart shaped tray after seeing her posts on Instagram, and she was able to accommodate my request! My hubby picked up the tray this morning, and it's FANTASTIC!!!!! My son and his wife will enjoy this more than just some cookies or fruit. They recently had a baby, so I'm sure they'll appreciate having little snackies of meat, cheese, crackers, fruit, veggies, etc. when they have down-time when the baby is napping. Please don't look any further for your charcuterie needs!! I sent a message to Mary late night as I got assigned to bring a charcuterie board to a last min girls night. I honestly didn't think she would be able to do it as her FAQ did say she would need a 48-hour notice. She responded to my request and was able to get my order to me by the next day. She really came in a clutch and was the sweetest. I ended up picking it up on my way to the party and it was a big hit among the girls! Everyone has a sweet tooth and it was so perfect as there were no leftovers! Everyone enjoyed the board and gave great feedback regarding the packaging and amazing flavors! What we got in comparison to that and the pictures displayed on their instagram account is nothing short of a bootleg version. See photos for reference even though the owner will deny and leave a comment generated by ChatGPT. 1. Quality: The two main orders were absolutely sub par and cheap. The bagel spread does not feed up to 12 as advertised and feeds more so around 5 people. We got 6 very dry bagels cut in half, one large cut tomato, maybe half an onion, maybe a quarter of a lemon and spread for maybe one and a half bagels? The ingredients were spread so flat to create an illusion that the serving plate was full. The smoked salmon that we paid extra for was a mere few slices for 3-5 individuals versus the photos that show a decent amount for "up to 12pp." The caprese pasta salad had absolutely no flavor, and was brown from the balsamic vinegar yet gave no flavor and was a mere cold pasta with bits of basel. 2. Expectation: As shown on their social media page and website, the orders come on wooden boards and wooden bowls with some decorative items. What we got instead was a hasty delivery of a flimsy and broken plastic bowl for the pasta -- that had to be thrown out upon putting it out --and a flimsy wooden plate for the lightest bagel spread we've seen that was surely not worth more than $50. 3. Communication: Upon inputting the order and the delivery day, there was no communication. We had to reach out via email and confirm the day before and was met with a different drop off/set up time than initially agreed upon when the order was inputted. We 11:45am since the party was at 12pm, and instead got forced into settling for a 10:30am slot after some back and forth. This is unprofessional for any business that is selling a service. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to Costco and get yourself what you need, because the business is apparently falling apart.

Avengers Assemble! We've used A Touch of Paradise Catering five times now, and each event felt like…read moreits own Marvel multiverse crossover. Whether it was for Fortune 100 clients or major internal teams, they delivered every single time. No multiverse-level chaos, just clean, flavorful execution. Like the Avengers mid-mission, everyone knows their role, everything hits the target (like Hawkeye's arrows). Food? Heroic. The chicken is a total scene stealer. One guest (who could easily pass as Doctor Strange with their food snobbery and complaints of most caterers serving dry chicken) said it was the best chicken they've ever had from a caterer. Moist, tender, and seasoned like it was blessed by Odin himself. And remember: this chicken has to be prepared beforehand and transported to the location, and also will likely be sitting for a few more minutes. And it was still tender! Their beef dishes? Strong, reliable, and packed with flavor. Think of Thor on a good day. We also tried a couple fish options that got reactions like "Wow, who made this?" even from the quiet folks in the back. Kinda like how no one expects Ant-Man to impress, and then he totally does. Desserts brought the house down. * Cheesecake and chocolate cake? Homemade taste, no Infinity Stones needed * Mini eclairs and cream puffs? Small but mighty, like Rocket Raccoon * Clean, simple, and hit the sweet spot faster than Quicksilver Breakfast is its own story arc. Fluffy eggs that had people actually pausing mid-sentence to compliment them. And the French toast? Sticky, golden, unforgettable. Reminded me of the kind of breakfast Peter Parker would tell MJ about, all wide-eyed. Bacon and turkey bacon were on point, as they were crisped like Tony Stark's hair in every single movie. They clearly put care into every dish. Even the simple stuff had that "crafted by someone who gives a darn" feel. Like watching Cap adjust his shield before a fight (focused and exact). Service? Full S.H.I.E.L.D. efficiency. * Always on time * Set up early, handled cleanup like pros * Drop-off catering was smoother than a Stark tech demo * No friction, no follow-ups needed. Just handled. Like Pepper Potts-level dependable (Loved her Iron Man-inspired suit, Rescue, in End Game!) We're already planning to use them again later this month. I think this team could probably cater for the actual Avengers and not break a sweat. Highly, highly recommend. Still can't believe how soft that chicken was and how fluffy the eggs and french toast was . Wouldn't be surprised if their crew had a Hulk-sized appetite and still kept everything flawless.
