I balked at some add-on work this shop insisted be done against my preferences, so their work would be warrantied. They of course have the right to insist as they please. And then there was the price of said repairs. Take no prisoners. If your resources are unlimited, this could be the shop for you. Told me that everything looked good and that I did well with my purchase. Talked to me and gave me a quick education about some things I needed to know and when I needed to change some of the fluids (not for many miles). Never tried to upsell me, just give me advice and educate me. I will absolutely go back. Appreciated the approach they took.

They said that if I created an appointment for a later day that as soon as the appointment time came, they would be able to take my car right away and get it fixed on the spot, therefore making my time at the shop as short as possible. I create an appointment on the following day and show up five minutes before on the appointment day. The very first thing they tell me is that they are shortstaffed and at minimum 1 hour behind. I agree, tell them to fix the tire and scan my TPMS sensors on the car then advise me which sensors need to be replaced with a quote and then we would replace them. They say no problem and one hour 45 minutes later they told me the car is ready. All they did was fix 1 tire. Almost 2 hours to path 1 tire! They told me straight up that they didn't even scan the TPMS sensors because the manager on duty said that he was overworked today (04/19/26) and needed to go home. Absolute worst service I've ever received from any automotive shop.
